The GoveeLife Wireless Mini Smart Button is an excellent solution for anyone who wants to control their smart home without always reaching for a phone or using voice commands. This 2-pack is perfect for setting up convenient "shortcut" points around your house. What I liked: Highly Versatile: Each button supports three different actions—single press, double press, and long press. You can use them to turn on lights, trigger complex "scenes," or even act as a doorbell. Seamless Ecosystem: It works perfectly with almost all Govee and GoveeLife products. I have mine set up to toggle my floor lamps and space heaters simultaneously with one click. Compact & Portable: They are tiny and come with adhesive backing, so you can stick them under a desk, on a nightstand, or just carry one in your pocket. Reliable Performance: Since they use a distributed gateway (H74A3 or similar), the connection is much more stable than standard Bluetooth and has a great range through walls. Note: Keep in mind that these require a Govee Home Hub or Gateway to function. If you already have Govee smart sensors or certain heaters, you likely already have the necessary hub!

These are great buttons to control Govee products. They're handy to toggle lights or trigger more complex automations you configure through their app. They're holding up great after hundreds of presses and still show as full battery, so I would expect them to last a long time before needing to swap out the coin cells. The price seems very reasonable. They were easy to set up and work with every Govee ligh/appliance I own.

I purchased the GoveeLife Wireless Mini Smart Button to enhance my smart home setup and integrated them with my home assistant via Bluetooth. Setup was straightforward, and the buttons are compact and stylish, fitting well into a minimalist aesthetic. However, one of the buttons in my initial purchase was defective. It drained the battery within 24 hours, even after replacing it with a fresh one. This was disappointing, as I had to go through the hassle of returning the product. Thankfully, the replacement set worked perfectly. The buttons respond quickly, and their integration with my system has been seamless since then. I appreciate the functionality and convenience they add to my smart home, but the defective unit was a frustrating setback. Overall, it's a good product, but quality control seems hit or miss. If you’re willing to deal with a potential return, it’s worth considering for its compact design and smart home compatibility.

Over the years I purchased many different govee devices and still use them. The app was straight forward, the devices were very responsive to swith them on and off and just worked. However, the most recent devices are junky. Toy like filmsy plastic mounts for the ceiling lights that feel like they will fall off the ceiling any time. The spotlights bulbs are very slow to respond. They never go back to full brightness unles you move the bar on the app. The button is a joke, the light comes up seconds after you press and most of the time does not work. Goodbye Govee, was a good run. I will replace every govee device I have with something else, not sure what yet. Kasa Smart looks good, immidiate response to a single switch I have, will try a few more devices.

These buttons are great. My biggest complain with all of these smart lights is controllability. This is the perfect solution. It was easy to setup/pair, looks very unassuming, compatible with the Govee app, and has a small lithium battery that will probably last forever. I created a scene that I liked with all of my light in my living room and now it is just one-click to get the perfect lighting without having to pull out my phone or go around turning on a bunch of devices.

Very easy to set up. Some slight lag between clicking the buttons and the light responding, but nothing terribly disruptive. Note that you will need to also purchase other Govee products for these to work (I use them with my Govee smart plugs to control my nightstand lamps) but not an issue for me since I've been a Govee user for a while now. I would purchase these again.

GoveeLife Smart Button – Small Size, Big Letdown Despite its sleek design and promising smart features, this button failed to deliver. The setup was unclear, the responsiveness was inconsistent, and the integration was unreliable. For now, it’s more frustration than function.
