The media could not be loaded. Works spectacularly! WATCH THE INSTALLATION VIDEOS! Installation was time consuming but not difficult (would have been easier with 2 people). Very quiet operation! I had to temporarily turn off my 5GHZ internet to connect the app (instructions in video) but once I ensured I was on 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi it connected right away. I am able to open and close with Alexa (works with Siri too but I haven’t tried setting that up yet) or the included remote. I bought curtain hooks that were small…I recommend getting the larger ones as the ones purchased don’t provide the support needed for the curtain to hide the track…replacing with larger curtain hooks. When installing wall mounts, I found it easiest to connect the ceiling Mount to the wall Mount with only one of the bolts (closest to the wall), then attach wall mounts to wall, then you can rotate ceiling mounts into top of track fairly easily and attach the second bolt to each bracket and tighten both bolts. I would definitely purchase this item again!

The media could not be loaded. There was no instructions in the box, instead a QR code to some YouTube videos. The videos did help a bit, but I wish there was written instructions, but no big deal. By using logic, it can be assembled without instructions. There was two small pieces missing, and I had to improvise a bit. The mounting anchors provided, only hold 10 once each if mounted on drywall ceilings. Wall mount might be OK. I went to Home Depot and got the 20 lbs ceiling anchors that reach trough the drywall. Quality is OK for the price, could be sturdier, specially when hanging super heavy curtains as I did.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased two of these tracks and am very happy with them. Assembly is very straight forward and they have Youtube videos explaining every step. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the first one, and about 15 minutes to assemble the second one. Build quality seems to be very good and the unit is very quiet when in opening or closing. The motor can be placed on either side but it does have to be plugged in at all times. The curtain can be controlled via the included remote control, home automation service, or you can simply give the curtain a little tug to open or close it. I have it as part of my home automation system, which opens the curtains after the sun has stopped shining directly into the window and patio door and closes them at sunset. One thing to keep in mind is that depending on how much room you have on the left and right hand side of the window, you may not be able to expose the entire window. In my video, you can see the small window, which sits next to a wall, doesn't get fully exposed because there just isn't enough room for the rail to allow the curtain to move all the way to the side. Overall I would recommend it.

Excellent product, quite well engineered. It’s clear that the company took consideration and deliberation when designing this product. Works really well compatible with automation apps on the iPhone Take your time it takes one or two days to install this read the instructions three or four times over and over and watch the YouTube videos. Out the door for less than $300 compared to a $4000 estimate from window treatment company.

Love the ability to schedule open and close daily programs and ability to adjust if needed throughout the day. Installation was a bit challenging. Connection to the app was simple for a technology savvy person. It is customizable to your space. Glad I took the plunge and purchased it. It will definitely help during summer heat.

I have motorized curtain from another brand and now decided to give a try to Quoya. The Qyoya is more loud for sure. The track assembly while not difficult is multi step and I don’t like the appearance of the track consisting of multiple pieces of various lengths . The other brand has a one piece track and the belt was reinstalled. The only thing Quoya is better is the ceiling mount brackets. lol. Finally while my other brand curtain motor works perfect with Tuya and Google Assistant, the Quoya connects fine to the SmartLife and Google Home apps but refuses to follow schedule. So every time you have to either use remote or your phone to control curtains or do it manually. Annoying. The only reason I bought it so it follows the schedule! And it doesn’t:(( Now connected Quoya to Tuya app and it started following schedule.
