We order this wood for our Ooni on a regular basis the wood is constantly great. However I’m giving them a 5 star for their customer service. We recently received a batch of wood that produced too much smoke while in the Ooni, likely due to moisture. We let them know about this and they sent us a replacement batch hassle free. Nice clean pieces of hardwood, suitable for cooking on. The small pieces are uniformly cut and burn fairly quickly, leaving a nice bed of coals to cook on, great for pizza ovens.
