Good material- too dang small!
Size: 10' x 20'
Color: White
This could be a great cover- seems no one can make a replacement that fits- this one is easily 6" short in every direction for a supposed "standard fit". The material is great- I do like that part...

Not waterproof
Size: 12' x 20'
Color: White
Not waterproof. Very thin. No eyelets going up to the peak. Did fit ok. Will leak water and wouldn't trust to hold up in any wind.

Believe it or not I ordered this for our deck to keep the weather off ! With our kitchen roof (1 story ) I knew that this replacement canopy cover would fit perfectly in the space of our 12 ft by 24 ft area I needed ! This arrived today and I immediately had it set up to cover the whole area plus the door into the pantry ! Fits great ! Looks like it was made for the area ! Especially with the way hubby built the eaves with wood ! Perfect !

This is just the replacement canopy not the actual thing in the picture.
Size: 12' x 20'
Color: White
For some reason I thought I was ordering the actual thing in the picture with the legs and everything but nope this is just the canopy this is just the cover that goes on the top. Yes I did not read it clearly enough but the picture for it wasn't so good either. Oh well maybe I'll buy the actual legs for it sooner than later. At least for now I can definitely use it as a cover for one of my vehicles.
