I absolutely love this red light therapy mat. I use it every day. Besides is perfect for moving around the house. I can hang it on the wall during my workout and I can lay it on the ground and sit on it when I meditate. Or I can lay it across my body as I'm laying on the couch and watching tv. It's the perfect size and I'm noticing lots of benefits from using it. It relaxes my muscles and if I'm feeling bloated I can lay it across my abdomen and within minutes my bloating is gone. I feel like it gives me more energy when I'm working out as well. I highly recommend this product.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. I have back problems and hip problems. I put this down on my recliner and sit on it and use it every night. It really helps me reduce pain and so relaxing i sleep so much better. I will sometimes wake up in the night and do another half hour of the red light. Worth every penny.

Red Light Therapy is Working for Me! Give it a try!

Here is another great product that seems to be effective when it comes to minor aches and pains. I have been using the highest settings now for the last month and when the mat is turned on, my body is already prone to receiving the therapy treatment in 20-minute intervals. This particular mat also has targeted heat therapy with 660 triple chip LEDs for the surface while the 850nm is perfect for the deep muscles and tissue. This body mat is just the right size for me to lay on and I feel like I am getting enough exposure to the red-light. At first, I was skeptical about the size, but it is sufficient for my 6' body frame. If you have the time to just set this up and give a 20-30 minute session three times a week, then I am certain you will notice the difference and feel more pain-free in targeted areas. I am not saying this is a fix-all red-light therapy device, but I have noticed each one I have used definitely reduces muscle pain and minor discomforts for the rest of the day. If you don't think it is working for you, then send it back for a full refund, but I am sure you will not be doing that! Thanks!

LTW Red Light Therapy Mat - highly effective & versatile

I have several LTW Red Light therapy products. Each carefully designed using the highest quality durable materials, designed to the part being treated with best fit for maximum effectiveness, and features (red light wavelengths, intensity, heat, massage, duration, etc) most helpful. Among these red light therapy products, mat is the most versatile. As designed, you can lie on your back to comfortably treat from neck to lower back, adjust to reach lower back and glutes. In particular, i am using this for pain relief and inflammation from sciatica from lumbar spondylosis. The heat helps me get better night sleep. But, the design is such it can be easily wrapped around thighs for sciatica, or hands very easily. The entire mat rolls and can be rolled for portability, use on yoga mat, bed, chairs, etc. Again LTW has distinguished itself for making high quality products, thoughtful design, attractive packaging on par with Apple products.

Perfect Red Light Mat

This red light may is awesome! Definitely worth the price. I know red light therapy is something you have to keep doing to really see benefit from. But the heat alone from the may is very comforting and helps with pain. I would highly recommend… I feel like when I use out I have a good nights sleep too! And the mat comes with so many setting and adjustments, it’s great! This mat is so easy to use… just lay it on the bed and either take a nap out go to sleep in it. You will need to learn how to adjust temp to where it’s not too hurt. Everyone odds different, but the high setting gets pretty hot!

I’m very happy with this red light therapy mat. The large 46.8" x 25.6" size makes it easy to use on my body without having to constantly reposition it. I also like having multiple intensity levels, pulse modes, and the adjustable timer, which makes it easy to customize each session. The mat feels well made and the included eye protection and pillow are nice extras. It’s also convenient to use at home while relaxing, and the setup is straightforward. Overall, I think this is a great option for anyone looking for a large red light therapy mat with plenty of settings and good coverage. I’m glad I purchased it and would recommend it.

Cozy, Relaxing, and Surprisingly Addictive!

I’ve really been enjoying this red light therapy mat as part of my nighttime routine. I use it as the last thing I do before bed. First I lie directly on it, then I flip it over and lay it on top of me so I can treat both sides. Afterwards I have this wonderful cozy warmth that almost feels like it goes all the way to my bones, and it’s incredibly relaxing before sleep. I’m excited to keep using it consistently and see what benefits I notice over time, especially for overall wellness, skin appearance, and possibly the look of cellulite. So far, I’m very happy with it!
