This scooter was purchased as a gift for my daughter. She had a manual one and I jumped at the opportunity to get her an electric one. I loved the fact that it has a decent speed that’s still safe enough for her to enjoy herself. The light up feature is also really nice that she’ll be able to be seen when it’s dark. The product is not adjustable as ad states. The power button is glitchy and must be pressed multiple time to turn on or off. The charging port falls out of the unit at first charge, was hot glued attached. Rear wheels bolts were not tightened and unit never operated. The only thing that does work is the LED lights in the deck. Product is cheaply assembled, poorly designed, and if had worked as advertised would probably only work for a short time.
