PROS: *Sweater is true to color (army green) *True to size (XL) - Sleeves to wrist, length passes 'bottom' area *Softness *100% Acrylic (To my allergy community‐ Acrylic fabric does not shrink, as it is a synthetic, plastic-based material known for holding its shape) *Thick material, but thin enough to wear shirt and not burn up CONS: *Sweater material is FLAT *Small scent (possibly due to shipping bag) *Arrives is suction bag, flatting grooves and giving a flat, cheap look. Bought this to leave at the office because it gets cold in there. It matches with all of my outfits. It’s not huge and baggy, but it’s not fitted. I don’t live v-necks, and the big V makes it so I have to wear a scarf, but I can deal with that downside. It’s warm, so it solves most of that problem. It’s not too short and it’s not too long. Sometimes I just wear it on my shoulders like a blanket because it’s warm enough. When it is super cold, I like to button it up. The buttons are simple to do and undo. I bought a small (5’5, 120lbs), and that was the ideal size for my body. I paid $30 for it, which is the max I wanted to pay for a simple, office sweater. It didn’t shrink down in the wash (I did not use the dryer). It’s not melty-soft but it’s pretty soft. About the average feel of a basic sweater. I feel like I read every review before pulling the trigger on this one. I ordered the dark grey. I will say I looked at the pictures so closely before ordering it as it looked nothing like a dark grey to me, but more of a shade of lovely deep brown. I went with my gut and placed the order. Sure enough, it looks exactly as pictured in the listing, but it should be noted it's like a grey/brown color not traditional dark grey. With all that said, the quality is great and I see no issues with holes, bad buttons etc. that others have. I would consider this light weight which I was definitely looking for as I get hot easily in this life stage. I am 5'10, typically wear a small and ordered a small. It fits in the shoulder area right where it should and has a feminine look to it the way it drapes. Love the buttons and pockets. It's definitely going to be a fall staple and I'm already eyeing getting additional colors. I'd say if you prefer over sized, then order one size up. I've seen the reviews with low stars that question the quality after washings, pilling after multiple wears, etc. Although my hope is that this lasts the entire season or longer, I've set my expectations that when buying a $25-34 sweater off Amazon (I paid $25 at time of this order/review), that it is not going to last as long as a more expensive or name brand one will.
