My kids and I loved this! It is fun to ride, the power is good, the size is considerably nice, and the battery life is long. I would recommend for anyone that needs this to get around. The seat is adjustable for comfort, I it is easy to use as well. The basket in the back is nice and useful touch to the bike. The bike is also compact, has remarkable stability. I’ve really enjoyed riding this bike. It is perfect for riding around the campground. With the foldable option it was easy for us to load it up in the backseat of the truck during the rain and overnight to keep it safe. It also makes it easy to transport anywhere we want to take it. I really like the fact that the battery is removable to make it easier to charge and not have to bring the power outside or the bike inside. I took this bike down a dirt trail and had no issues getting through it. The suspension makes it a very comfortable ride. I really like the fact that it has the rack on the back of it to strap stuff down or to be able to install a basket. I was able to adjust the seat by myself very easily. Phenomenal experience, I've given it a good accident and multiple rainy days and it still manages to ride as if nothing happened. The support on Gotrax's end is great too, they sent replacement parts for free and gave discounts on certain parts that needed manufacturing beforehand. It fits my weight perfectly too, and the assembly and reassembly processes are really straightforward, Gotrax support team helped a lot with their videos. My only gripes would be the durability of the handlebars and the loudness of the motor apparatus, the handlebars can bend rather easily and awkwardly, and the motor is a tad bit loud at full throttle and torque but that's about it. This thing is great for a very short commute. Maybe someone in a retirement community or city neighborhood where you don't need to travel too far. It was very simple to assemble out of the box. There IS a reason the instructions tell you to put on the front fender and headlight first - saves you a minor pain trying to assemble it with the wheel on. I let it charge while I was putting it together then took it out for a few miles. The battery indicator still says full. I'm not sure if I'll trust it. I let it get a full charge and rode it for a solid hour today and it still stays full battery. I've had a small battle with the seat post dropping when I go over bumps but I also weigh over 250lbs. There is an adjustable clamp, I'm still just working on finding the sweet spot where it holds up and still easy to pop open the seat clamp. I went in with pretty low expectations and have been pleasantly surprised by this little guy. It moves my 250 lbs the same speed as everyone else on the bike path - except the serious ebikes. They pass my pretty quick. This is a single speed, like riding a kids bmx bike. The pedals are really only there to get you across a busy street or up a steep hill, both of which are pretty easy with the electric throttle. Two day Amazon delivery was on time as advertised. If you're looking for what I was - a (relatively) cheap, fun toy to cruise the bike path and get to the barcade and back, this is it. ... show more

    • Great E bike that folds for easy transport!
This is a great portable E-bike. We have been using them a lot since we purchased them. They are easy to put together, easy bto fold up and transport, and easy to set up and ride. We live near beaches so we load up the car and take them to various bike paths near the sea. It is a ton of fun! I have to report that after a few weeks I did have some problems with my pedals. I was unable to ride the bike , I wrote to GoTrax support and Sideral responded right away. It was a complicated repair and took several attempts to get the right parts but Sidereal didn't blow me off. He stuck with it until I got the right parts and was able to repair the bike.
