Our family loves it. We have used it both inside and outside without a problem though I don't recommend using it on grass. It also helps to clean it after use especially if it was used outside. We had one problem with it at one point which took a bit of work to resolve. Not sure what happened but basically it needed to be reset and once that was all done it went back to working without an issue. This hoverboard has been a lot of fun for everyone. I am updating my review as you can read below my previous review. After finally contacting Amazon about my issue they refunded me my money when I returned the product. Then the company reached out to me but it was to late refund was given and all. So cj went above and beyond and had another one sent to me at no charge to replace and fix the issue I had and made everything right. This will make me want to do business again with a company such as this. Thank you Bought this product less than a month ago for my daughter for her birthday. Probably has rode it a total of ten times. She got off of it one day and it started beeping and she was thinking it was because she got off. She got back on to ride it and the beeping stopped but would not move. I went through all the trouble shooting that Amazon provided and nothing worked. I then reached out to the support from the Amazon team and they walked me through the process of reaching out to the company with a provided link. I did everything to submit a warranty claim on the Hoover board not once but twice and yet heard from them. So I’m assuming I’m out of $100. Do not recommend buying from this particular company that sales the Hoover board through Amazon. ... show more
