My daughter purchased this scooter for a great price compared to others. Arrived working great but after a few months, she did have some issues with the handle bar. The customer service was on top of it and sent me the replacement part right away for free. Customer service sidereal was efficient

The range is not the greatest, the power is not the best, it struggles to get to 15mph, and does not do inclines or hills well at all if at all. The cruise controll is hard to manage and engages and disengages when you don't want it to. At 225$ new I returned it, the hover1 2.0 rode circles around this thing. The brakes are not very good, it is very light and compact and does seem to be well constructed although the latch system when folded was not very good and would not stay latched. Solid tires so no flats but the ride is harsh, really harsh, so I would only recommend if short trips on smooth flat surfaces is your plan of use. ... show more
