    • a sit scooter with a comfort in the seat.
Color: White
a super comfortable ride. the seat rocks and the scooter is pertty powerful, not like many but does the job, my wife uses it for our travel in our RV at camps we scoot around the camp grounds. it rides really smooth compaired to mine. it has saftery lights and signals with a cool little bell to signal ahead. the best part of this ride is it is a sit scooter not a surfboard type. this makes it perfest for my wife to ride and feel sturdy an safe, it gets a good distance on battery for the charge time. it folds for stowing it in the rv cargo bay not being so heavy it takes two to carry compfortable however one can move it. cute scooter and yes id buy it again. ... show more

    • Terrible customer service
Bought this for my son's birthday. He loved it for the whole month that it worked with no problem. After a month the key part came completely out so it would no longer lock or hold the charge. I contacted Gotrax support and they sent me a new throttle part to fix myself. I don't have the tools to take it apart or to fish it through the handle bar part. They have been no help at all. I called Gotrax customer service to help and they advised I had to go through their overseas customer product support since I bought it through Amazon. Product costs too much to have problems so soon and such a terrible customer support team. ... show more

    • Not good for floods, hills, or long journeys
I have had this ebike since June, and I live in the foothills of northwest GA. I am CONSTANTLY asked about it and where I purchased it. My one regret about this bike is that I should have gotten the one with a larger battery, or one with more offroad tires, as I am not in the city but a highly rural small town with lots of hills. Does NOT do well in the hills, and I have lost about 20 pounds having to manually push it up more steep inclines in the area. Also does NOT do well in floods or deep puddles as the battery in under the running board and could catch fire (product recommendations tell you this also). This ebike is king in town on flat roads and slow traffic zones or in suburban neighborhoods. It does NOT go over 15 mph unless you are going downhill, and if you go super slow it's definitely okay riding about 15 miles but after using the battery boost initially to get up to full speed you may get 8-10 miles rather than the 20 as advertised. All that being said, and despite the battery dropping fast after going up steeper inclines, I do not regret it. I wish I could upgrade it somehow rather than buy a new one with a better battery and more off-road tires. ... show more

    • 5 Star Customer Service
I purchased this scooter for my daughter and she loves it!! The battery life is amazing and this is a very well built scooter. We did run into an issue when my daughter dropped the scooter on the ground instead of using the kick stand and broke the throttle. I assumed this would be the end of the scooter but to my surprise it turned out to be a very simple and easy fix. I contacted GoTrax Support and they responded immediately, helped me identify the correct part and sent me a direct link to order the part and a very reasonable price. To receive such great customer service for an entry level product is something that very rarely happens these days unfortunately but GoTrax quickly solved or problem and to me that deserves 5 stars. ... show more
