I bought this for my 12 year old granddaughter and she loves it. She has put about 15-20 miles on it so far with no problems. It took her a little time to get her balance but after that she does not want to get off of it. It only takes about 4-5 hours for a full charge and it’s pretty fast and it fits in our SUV easy when we fold up the handlebars. I think it’s a great value for the price it very good quality I would definitely recommend to anybody with a teenager who wants to have fun.

Gotrax electric scooter is so good-looking. I just received it today and couldn't wait to open the box. It's very easy to assemble, the seat is wide and comfortable, and it's cute and compact, much better than other models. I highly recommend this electric vehicle. The footrests are wide and your feet can fit on them directly. If you go shopping at the supermarket, you can put the bags on the thick footrests, and there are two more footrests on the side, so it's very convenient to carry things. The battery was under the wide footrest so when the raining it wont get wet。There's also a small basket at the back for carrying items, and it can be converted into a seat. My mom really likes this scooter. As soon as I assembled it and charged it fully, she rode her new scooter to show her friends.And also the price was pretty good

I waited over a year after purchase to review so could see how durable this item was. It is amazing!! The battery life is as it says. Be careful on windy days. If going against the wind the battery life is greatly reduced. It goes up to 17 mph even if you are close to the weight max. We have had zero issues with this in over a year! Assembly was very easy. It's a smooth ride and it's fun even though I use mostly for work. It is a great buy! Do yourself a favor and get one of these.

I’m really pleased with how practical and reliable it is. The 550W motor provides plenty of power for getting up to speed smoothly, and 15.5 mph feels just right for neighborhood and city riding—fast enough to keep pace but still very controllable. The comfort surprised me most. The air-filled 12-inch tires combined with the dual suspension absorb cracks and bumps in the road way better than I expected. Even after a 20-minute ride, I don’t feel fatigued, thanks to the well-padded seat and stable wide pedals. Safety feels solid. The drum brakes respond quickly and bring me to a steady stop, which gives me confidence in traffic. I’ve ridden a few times after dusk, and the bright headlight makes a noticeable difference in visibility. The rear basket easily holds my work bag and lunch, and folding the handlebar makes it simple to lift into my trunk or store in a corner at home. While the range is enough for my short trips, I do need to charge it every couple of days—but that’s a minor trade-off for such a convenient ride.

This scooter is very fast. It will go the 19 Mph as posted. I wasn’t expecting it to be as fast as it is. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light weight it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The battery lasts a very long time 12-15 mile range as described. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front of it makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I really enjoy riding this scooter. The dual suspension makes it easy to control and the braking system makes it safe and easy for stopping. The 8.5 inch inner hollow tires make this scooter look even more stylish. Love the horn and that it’s not just a bell like the others I’ve had. The electric comb lock makes it secure where someone can’t just take off on it without permission. I also can lock the kids out of it. We have a few electric bikes and scooters for the family and I’m glad this one is water-resistance because we are always worried when it starts raining. My boyfriend and 14 year old daughter are very impressed with it. Very much recommend this product to anyone.

The dimensions are absolutely perfect, making it easy to use your legs to regain balance quickly if you feel yourself about to fall. It also comes equipped with every feature you could possibly need: a bell, a startup lock, lights, and a spring suspension system. Its pneumatic tires help reduce bumps, making them far superior to most non-pneumatic tires. The drive motor is impressively powerful; even with my weight exceeding 220 pounds, I can still feel its robust thrust. The frame also appears to be very sturdy. The seat features exceptionally thick padding, making for a very soft and comfortable ride. The quality is truly commensurate with the price.
