I recently got theElectric Scooter for my grandma, and it's been absolutely perfect for her. After I bought myself an electric bike last month, she kept eyeing it with interest, but I knew a traditional bike might be too much for her. The scooter turned out to be the ideal solution. It's stable, easy to use, and way safer than a bike for someone her age. She's been using it every day for over a week now, and it's completely changed how she gets around. There's a lake near our house that she loves visiting, and before this, she'd either walk (which was tiring) or drive (which felt unnecessary for such a short trip). Now, she just hops on her scooter and glides over there effortlessly. The 12" pneumatic tires and dual shock absorbers make the ride super smooth, even on slightly uneven paths, and the 400W motor gives her just enough speed without being intimidating. One thing that surprised me is how well it works for her, even though it's technically rated for ages 13 and up. The wider seat is comfortable, the dual brakes feel secure, and the little carry basket is handy for her to take along small things. My only wish is that there were more accessories available like a front basket or an option to convert the rear basket into a second seat but maybe Gotrax will add those later. Honestly, seeing how much she enjoys it has made the purchase totally worth it. We even took a ride together last week, and it was such a fun way to spend time with her. If you're looking for an easy-to-use, stable electric scooter for an older adult (or really anyone who wants a comfortable ride), I'd definitely recommend this one. This is the best electric scooter ever. It has a comfy seat and has a long battery life so I don’t need to charge it often. It has great durability and can get me around the city. The brakes and pedal is very easy to use. Those are the reasons why this is the best electric scooter ever.

This scooter is a great combination of something fun and functional. It helps my dad who has a disability yet it is also fun for him to ride. The seat is soft and comfortable and the back basket is very helpful. I like the speed on it too, great power!

This has completely changed my daily commute and how I get around. It's definitely the best purchase I've made this year, and it far exceeded my expectations! The ride is incredibly comfortable, especially thanks to the wide seat and shocks! I've ridden scooters without seats and shocks before, and even small potholes would make my hands numb. The dual rear shocks filter out most of the vibrations from the road, making for a very smooth ride. The seat is just the right amount of firmness and wide enough, so even long rides don't feel tiring. Installation was also very easy, taking only minutes. The performance is stable and reliable, and the power is plentiful. Starting and accelerating on flat roads are smooth, and even climbing gentle slopes is effortless without any sudden power loss. With a top speed of 15.5 mph, and even stopping at the supermarket midway, a single charge lasts me two or three days, making it incredibly worry-free. The headlights are bright enough to clearly illuminate the road ahead while riding at night, and the taillights effectively alert vehicles behind me. Furthermore, the rear storage basket and center running board are a real bonus! I have plenty of space for groceries and a cup of coffee at the supermarket—it's incredibly practical!

This scooter is very fast. It will go the 19 Mph as posted. I wasn’t expecting it to be as fast as it is. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light weight it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The battery lasts a very long time 12-15 mile range as described. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front of it makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I really enjoy riding this scooter. The dual suspension makes it easy to control and the braking system makes it safe and easy for stopping. The 8.5 inch inner hollow tires make this scooter look even more stylish. Love the horn and that it’s not just a bell like the others I’ve had. The electric comb lock makes it secure where someone can’t just take off on it without permission. I also can lock the kids out of it. We have a few electric bikes and scooters for the family and I’m glad this one is water-resistance because we are always worried when it starts raining. My boyfriend and 14 year old daughter are very impressed with it. Very much recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this electric scooter for my grandma so we could still spend time together outdoors. She used to join me on my bike rides, but her knee has been bothering her lately and she just can't pedal anymore. This scooter has been an absolute blessing for us. The 400W motor is powerful it handles hills around our neighborhood without any struggle, which was a big concern of mine. The speed is perfect too; 15.5 mph is fast enough to keep up but slow enough that I don’t have to worry about her going too fast. She feels safe and comfortable on it, especially with the wider seat and the shock absorbers that smooth out bumps on the road. It’s only been a week, but we’ve already gone out riding together every day. Seeing her smile as she cruises alongside me just means the world to me. I’m just grateful we found a way to keep doing something we both love. She absolutely adores this scooter, and honestly, so do I. It’s brought us both a lot of joy.
