I really loves this scooter. It was very easy to assemble right out of the box and it feels well-made and sturdy. The scooter charges fully in about 2 hours and the battery life is quite impressive - I've never had it run out of juice during my rides. It has plenty of power to get me up to speed quickly and smoothly, even on inclines. The wide deck also provides a stable and spacious platform, even for my larger feet. My 7yo and 5yo boys got a hoverboard last Christmas, they practiced well with another one but starting fighting over for turns. As their skill got better, I wanted something cooler or better version of it so I got this one. It was the best choice! A lot longer battery, cool looking light up when you ride on, bigger and safeguard on the sides, vibrates when you got wrong balance, very sturdy as well. Now kids fight over who would ride this one LOL. I might get another same one soon!

Its self-balancing feature is a standout, especially for adults navigating rough terrain. It provides stability and a smooth ride, preventing any bouncing off the board. The inner wheel's captivating LED illuminationt creates a mesmerizing effect reminiscent of a space tunnel, adding an extra element of excitement to the riding experience. Although I have yet to test the Bluetooth feature, I anticipate it will function seamlessly based on the overall performance of the hoverboard. The media could not be loaded. Finally, I thought I had purchased a durable off-road hoverboard that my daughter could enjoy. The first brand which name I won’t mention didn’t even charge straight out the box (Yes, I bought the extended warranty). After some back and forth with the company I received a refund and purchased this hoverboard. Initially it checked all the boxes upon arrival. It charged, seemed to be constructed out of durable material, the wheels & tires were big and durable as well, the Bluetooth speaker had good enough sound with no problem connecting, bright enough LED lights, great color bc my daughter loves pink and finally it had some weight to it. Another check bc it was stout. The weather finally got right enough for my to this hoverboard outside. She literally rode it for an enjoyable 3 hours on & off. Brought it in the house recharged to a full battery, unplugged it so she could enjoy the next day to no avail. As soon as she powered it on the hoverboard started to beep, make a weird noise and left petal vibrates as if something is broken inside. It too dangerous for her to ride in this condition bc it’s jerking while making these noises. Yes, I bought the extended warranty with this one too. About to begin the process of sending it back. Not sure if I’ll repurchase this brand bc she likes and want a hoverboard so bad.

I purchased this for my grandson son in December, he has only had it for 4 months and only rides it when he comes to visit.and it stopped working I give my review and it was not very good,the company contacted me they were very friendly and apolozied about the problem I had with it they had me to return and replaced it with a new one, I am very pleased with the experience I have had with this company and I am changing my rating after with this companythey did everything to make sure to fix my problem and make sure I was pleased with my purchase and I would purchase from them again.

Got this for my son and within 2 weeks the charger port fell inside the hover board and we could not charge it. I contacted Gotrax and after supply delays, we are receiving a new unit! Happy with the customer service. My son loved the hover board.
