I live about a mile away from my job. Even while being so close to work I notice I was spending about 30 dollars in week just on gas, this is due to the number of stop lights, and traffic on this stretch of road. Also not having direct road access I had to drive an extra 1/4 extra mile in order to make a u-turn and get on the road that lead directly to my job. So my drive to work not only used more gas than would be need for a 1 mile trip it also took me about 20 minutes to get to work and 20 minutes to get home. I tried walking one day and that took about 40 minutes to get home (Inclined street) and about 30 minutes to get to work (downward inclined street. I noticed there were people commutting with scotters and I decided to my own scotter. I had tried some more powerful scooters, but because of the smaller tires you can feel the rattle of the sidewalk, and going over cracks that are to big was not fun. I decided I wanted a scotter with tires that are similar to a bike for a smoother ride. I found this scooter. Not the fastest but fast enough to get me to work in 10 minutes. So now I am actually saving time, as well as money. $30 dollars a week is about $120 dollars in savings per month. Charging is easy, standard charger that plugs into any wall. and compact enough to go under my work bench. The bike itself is sturdy and required minimal assembly, basically you will only be attaching the handle bar and the seat. The headlight is very powerful and driving at night was a breeze. It also has brake lights which are a nice feature and bicycle style brakes. The only drawback, and that may have to do more with me than the bike is on higher incline roads it may struggle. This is most likely a result of me and not the bike. I weigh 240lbs so I am bascially at the max weight of what this bike can handle. So if you are heavy set like me and you live in a hilly area this is something to consider. My colleague who weighs 150lbs had no issues on the incline and got it to the max speed on a straight away. I even with my heavy weight got it to a speed of 15mph. Overall a nice strong sturdy commuter scooter.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely thrilled with my adult electric scooter purchase! I've been riding this scooter for just over a week now, and caught the attention of many neighbors! Not because it is noisy, because it is not. Not because it is flashy, because it is not, but because it looks like a scooter but enhanced with a SEAT! Yep, I am a grown up, and this scooter has been so much fun to ride! On average, I cruise at about 15 mph, letting up on acceleration to turn corners or circle around. The powerful motor provides a smooth and swift ride, while the long-lasting battery ensures I can go the distance without worry. The breaks are easy to use, and feel very durable. Was very easy to assemble, and is just as easy to collapse and store! What more can you ask for? The headlight comes on automatically, and offers just the right amount of light as I go to and from the mailbox two blocks away. The basket in the back is a really good size & hugs a whole case of 12 Thin Mints perfectly (you know, for size reference of course). I can't wait to ride it to the neighborhood pool,which, as you may know, is impossible to do on a bicycle wearing a wet towel and trying to balance holding a beach bag! My 9 year old had no problem riding it around the block a few times, and enjoyed ringing the little bell on the handlebar. She especially likes the kick stand, which is far less annoying than ANY other kickstand we have used. I agree, because not only is it a very wide and durable kick stand, it actually expands and collapses with zero effort at all (even while wearing Crocs). From its sleek design to its impressive performance, this scooter has exceeded all my expectations. Whether for commuting or leisurely rides, this scooter is a five-star choice for any adult looking for convenience, style, and reliability. I would absolutely recommend this scooter if you could appreciate a fun little boost of getting around. Both fun and functional!!

The scooter does not work at all and is not returnable!!! Battery does not take a charge and scooter does not turn on. Amazon will not return or provide any product support and if you call the number listed for the manufacturer it is just a recording that says "all representatives are busy, please try again later" and disconnects. This is 100% a scam. Amazon should be ashamed!

I just wanna put it out there before I say anything, the alignment stickers that it provides for the first step are off, I had to do a lot of trial and error to get everything lined up. It was frustrating and added a lot of extra assembly time. Aside from that, I enjoy the bike itself a lot! Nice and fast for me, I'm a first time driver so not super picky about that, I'm only using it to commute. Inclines are tricky though (not a big deal and doesn't contribute to my rating, I could simply be doing something wrong).

Absolutely love these scooters! We bought two and are the hit of our neighborhood! We purchased them mostly so that we could use them to go to the community pool this summer without having to drive, but we've used them to run errands, including dropping dinner off at some friends' home. They were really easy to assemble. One of them came with a broken bell, but Amazon was quick to give us a solution for that. (See my review on the new horns we bought instead). :-) They're still new, but they are really sturdy (we also tote our 8-yo grandson with us) and they seem to be pretty durable (we've run into curbs and lawns...hey, there is a learning curve for 60 yo peeps who have never scootered, okay?). If you are looking for a quick and affordable way to get around this summer, these scooters are the way to go!
