My daughter was very excited to get this item. Even though it was out of our price range I saved up for it for Christmas for her. She loved it! After a few months it stopped working. I was told no return after 3 months. Seller wasn’t helpful, told me to reach out to someone to repair it. But didn’t give me a name. I wasn’t offered any kind of warranty on this item. So basically you buy it for 150. It breaks after 3 months and then you can’t return it. Amazon was very helpful but the seller not at all. ... show more

Run! Run far away!! This is the worst thing I have ever purchased. It never worked, took me almost a month for customer service to even try to help. I won't be buying from them ever again.

    • Spend a couple extra $$ and get a Razor Hovertrax.
Battery does not last as advertised. Also, this hoverboard was advertised as self-balancing, which it clearly is not. My oldest son has a Razor that is self balanced which means, when you turn it on, the hoverboard stabilizes and balances so you can get on without it twisting on you. The board rides smooth once on but getting on is challenging, even for my experienced 12 year old who has been riding his for years.
