Looking for an upgrade to my previous e-bike, and this one does not disappoint! It comes mostly assembled and finishing the assembly took about 30 minutes. The ride is very smooth thanks to a comfortable seat and the shock absorbers on the front tire. It’s easy to see that the bike is constructed well. The battery life is great, haven’t needed to charge it very often. It’s easy to turn on, the assisted pedaling is a great way to get more life out of the battery. It also accelerates really quickly, much faster than the bikes I previously owned. Very pleased with the overall performance of the bike. It’s priced a bit higher than some of the other e-bikes on the market, but the performance and quality justifies the price. Very happy with the purchase.

The range gives me plenty of time to explore trails, parks, and even run errands around town without worrying about recharging. I like the 5 pedal-assist levels – it’s great to have that level of control depending on how much effort I want to put in. The gear system works smoothly. I also like the smart LCD display. By the way, the bike was easy to assemble.

Excellent quality electric bike; the digital display, front, and rear lights are very bright, making it safe to ride at night. The top speed of 20 MPH is also very beneficial to me. It's pretty lightweight considering the large lithium battery installed inside the bike. Fast charging is fantastic. The folding is easy and fast as well. Easy to carry and store inside the vehicle's truck. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality electric bike.

I’m writing this review to share my experience with the Gotrax F2 electric bike. While I initially encountered some challenges, I'm ultimately impressed with the company's support and the quality of the replacement parts. My journey began with a few initial issues, including battery problems and a broken rear wheel. While these were certainly frustrating, Gotrax's customer service team was always responsive and helpful. Although the process took longer than I had hoped, they worked diligently to address my concerns. The replacement bike I received appears to of excellent quality, and I've had no further issues. Gotrax has clearly taken steps to improve their product and customer service, and I appreciate their commitment to making things right. This bike is easy to ride, fun to ride, it looks cool too. Brakes on the F2V2 are outstanding. 🔥 While I still recommend potential buyers to be aware of the potential for minor issues, I believe that Gotrax's dedication to customer satisfaction makes them a viable option for those seeking a reliable and enjoyable electric bike.

The media could not be loaded. Most of the other reviews seem positive, but mine is not. After a full charge the display on mine turns on, but immediately turns back off. It functions as a normal bicycle, but the electric portion is useless. The item is not returnable and Gotrax support has not responded to my email after 2 days. Amazon will be sending me a refund (which i greatly appreciate), but I wanted an e-bike.

I got this bike a year ago. It has been such an awesome bike. I use it in college to commute to classes. The foldable design is also very useful to throw in the car and take it to places. If you are a college student, definitely recommend this. It is such a good looking bike. Bike is really great for city commute as well. The throttle and the pedal assist is also very responsive. GoTrax customer service is really awesome as well. I had a problem with my motor and I contacted GoTrax and they sent me a new motor assembly right away for free of charge. Thank u to Lydia from the customer service team for an awesome support. Overall, GoTrax is such an amazing brand!
