I charged it until the light on the charger turned green. I pushed the power button, but it wouldn’t turn on. I reached out to the company, but haven’t heard from them. It’s now packed up, waiting to be picked up for return. The seller has since contacted me and said that the problem might be solved by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. I feel that it should work out of the box and not require tinkering with it. This supposedly a safety feature when the battery level goes too low (as far as I understand). I consider it a defect. The seller has continued to reach out, which I appreciate. According to the seller, the following is the problem: “We also found out the problem is from the battery overdischarge. The new focstrot controller setup allow the board can keep ride at battery capacity under 0% till it totally cutoff. That can extend the run range but also can active the battery safety protection feature. That is why you fully charge but can not turn on.” If you really want this board and don’t mind this issue, then it appears that the seller will stand behind it. ... show more
