Description

Gorilla Mounting Putty is ideal for hanging light weight items in place of traditional tapes, push pins, and fasteners. Squares are non-toxic, repositionable, and long lasting. Great for use indoors and temporary outdoor use. Use on paper, painted walls, wood, tile, metal, posters, plastic, glass, and more!Directions: 1. Ensure both surfaces are clean and dry. 2. Remove desired amount of putty squares for application. Use directly from package without kneading and apply approximately 4 squares of putty per 1lb of weight. Not recommended for hanging objects over 2lbs. 3. Apply square(s) to the object being mounted allowing for even distribution of weight. 4. Press object firmly in place for 30 seconds to allow Gorilla Mounting Putty to conform to the surface and create a strong bond.Tips for Use: • Apply when temperature is above 50°F. I've never gone wrong with Gorilla anything and this stuff is just as good. Wanted something to hang some art in my new camper and this stuff works great even on textured wall material. Even with the camper unused in Louisiana hit the artwork was still hanging a couple days later. I even used some to mount a plaque on my countertop. Stays even during drives to the campgrounds. I hadn't seen this in a store so can't speak to price difference but compared to other wall mounting offers it was a great value for my money. ... show more

I’ve been using Gorilla Mounting Putty throughout the school year, and it’s been fantastic for keeping items stuck to the walls. It’s sturdy enough to hold decorations and even a small whiteboard when I used multiple squares. What I really like is how easy it is to remove items without damaging the wall. All items in the picture were put up using the wall putty and stayed up the entire school year. The only downside is that it leaves a small amount of residue behind, which I had to roll off to fully clean the surface.     • The perfect multitasking putty

This stuff is amazing. I am not a fan of the glue. I think it takes too long to dry and isn’t as good as another glue I have. But this stuff is incomparable. I had a long piece of decorative garland hanging from my fireplace and nothing else would keep it up for more than a few weeks at a time. Even the 3M hooks would fall all the time. But this putty has been holding it up for many months now without issue. I also started traveling with it and it’s come in handy too many times to count. Used to hang a hand towel over a blinking light that was keeping us up in a hotel room. We used it in a rental car that had no phone mount to hold up a phone so we could see directions. Used it on my daughter’s shoes when her Velcro stopped sticking. I basically have nothing but good things to say and will absolutely not travel without this now!
