Works on knitting yarn & velour too !
Total product quantity: 60 Ft
Works on knitting yarn & velour too ! I wasn't sure if it would work on such soft surfaces but it does, which surprised me since all the TV commercials features very hard surfaces like brick, wood, marble, and drywall. It doesn't stick to knitted and velour surfaces as well as hard surfaces but I didn't want it to. I wanted it to hold well but be removable sometime in the future of which it did perfectly. I used long strips of Alien Tape to first adhere a velour couch cover to a knitted yarn patch quilt, then another long strip of Alien Tape to adhere them to a slippery surface pleather couch, and it worked great ! I highly recommend Alien Tape for this purpose. Tip #1: Alien Tape is not really a "Tape" like Scotch Tape or Duck Tape, it is more of a semi-soft solid gel molded into the shape of a thick heavy tape that is very pliable and stretchable. It is indeed unlike any other tape I have ever used. Tip #2: Alien Tape loves to stick to your fingers, so handle the tape by the edges as best as you can cuz once it sticks to your skin it is tricky to unstick it although it will come off with a little practice. Tip #3: Alien Tape loves to stick to itself like Super Glue, so once you get a section of tape stuck onto another section of tape it is nearly impossible to separate the two without stretching it way out like soft taffy and then it becomes permanently disfigured from its original shape, requiring you to use scissors to cut the damaged section out and then to continue rolling on with a new section of tape.

Ideal durability for important projects
Total product quantity: 30 Ft (3 Packs of 10 Ft)
The best product I’ve found so far to use when you don’t want to damage either surface that you’re using. Quick and easy application with an even easier removal process! I used it to hang a photobooth backdrop made out of numerous balloons and it remained in tact for 10+ hours!

Alien tape
Total product quantity: 30 Ft (3 Packs of 10 Ft)
Update: this tape is holding up remarkably well. I’m so happy to not be seeing ripples in area rug anymore. I will definitely order this product again if needed. I will just remember to unroll it more slowly so the top removable tape doesn’t buckle on itself. This tape is super sticky. I ordered the 3 roll package (30’). I’ve attached before and after photos of the ripples in my area rug. It is much better than before. Just a slight ripple in one area remains. It wasn’t as easy to install as I thought it would be. As I unrolled it, the side with the removable tape cover started to come off the tape which caused the tape to buckle on itself. I had to cut away some pieces and start over when that happened. I’m hoping the rug doesn’t start to ripple again. If it does, I’ll do an update.

Make perfect displays
Total product quantity: 30 Ft (3 Packs of 10 Ft)
WE USE THIS FOR EVERYTHING! Used it at my outdoor wedding for the first time and haven’t gone back. Held up and giant ribbon outside the whole Christmas season. Most importantly comes of clean. So clean we use it with our displays and action figures. We have a great but not so graceful pitbull. We secured EVERYTHING on the shelf with little pieces of alien tape and it had worked perfectly! Even keeps a decently heavy Spider-Man hanging upside down. It’s been several days and he hasn’t moved. We use it to hang model planes. Super easy to use and can customize the size. Sticks to ANYTHING but comes off easy.

Not as good as before
Total product quantity: 30 Ft (3 Packs of 10 Ft)
More and more I’m hearing about things being sold on Amazon that are knockoffs being passed off as the real deal. I’m actually wondering if this is one of those things. The first time I bought this tape, I got it at Walmart in the as seen on tv section, and it worked great! When I needed more, I went on Amazon for both price and convenience, but this batch was not as good as what I had originally bought. It’s possible the manufacturer changed the formula, but this has nowhere near the adhesion of what I had the first time—I used the original to mount hooks in my kitchen, and the adhesion was so strong it took the paint off the wall when I tried taking the hook down. With this one, I have remounted the same hook inside my cabinet multiple times, and it keeps falling off (all I have on it is a motorized scrub brush, nothing super heavy). It looks identical to what I’ve purchased before, but it is definitely not the same. I would recommend this if you just want it to hang posters or maybe wall signs, but be warned that if you try to put any kind of weight on it, it’s not going to hold.

Overall a good product
Total product quantity: 30 Ft (3 Packs of 10 Ft)
This is a great alternative to using tape or other methods of holding things to the wall. I was a little disappointed that it was hit or miss on painted cinderblock, but overall it works well.
