Large enough two adults can use it at a time and placing it directly on our unfinished basement’s cement flooring it gives plenty of cushion. The grip is great and there’s no slipping. Highly recommend this mat.

Just moved into a house and got this for the lower level/ home gym. It was totally my fault because I ordered the mat too soon and the basement wasn't done so I didn't open it until the other day, which by then was 2 months after purchased. It was too long. I contacted Amazon to see if they could do anything for me on a return. They helped out, but I still needed to pay a restocking fee of almost $90 I'll need a new mat but hate that I lost money on this deal and will probably opt for a cheaper one now. ... show more
