Great sun shelter for the beach. Easy set up with many options for controlling shade protection. It was a good size for 4 adults. Having a floor keeps sand out of sitting area (if brushed of people prior to entering) and putting a beach chair did not damage the floor. It was easy to pack into a larger suitcase for air travel (checked baggage - 5-6 person version is 8.5 lbs) - though may push total suitcase weight above allowed limit. Areas for improvement - screw in tent stakes were handy, but they were too short to effectively prevent being pulled out by a mild to moderate wind gust. The guy ropes are very long and the adjustable catch easily slips.

This tent sucks. It might be OK at a park in the grass, but it was not easy to set up and it was absolutely garbage for a beach. May be good for two small children or one adult.

This was fairly easy to assemble, but you have to choose between ventilation or shade. If you open the back, you will get only a sliver of shade. If it’s closed, you get no airflow and it’s too hot.

Spent $80 on this beach tent after reading countless reviews on others. We needed something large enough for our family with small kids and something that closed up to allow people to change. We wanted it to provide shade and allow a breeze through it. The fact that it is able to block sun rays was a bonus and it looked easy enough to set up. here is where the disappointment comes in. This is a beach tent and they sent camping stakes- you can’t use those in sand, so you have to buy sand stakes separately. Ridiculous at this price point. The sun blocking material is not the entire tent, specifically it doesn’t go over the dome of the tent so if you are inside it, it’s not blocking. For some reason they put that materials on the zippered windows instead. They also put it on the zippered door that can be held up as an external canopy, so it kind of defeats the purpose of having use of the interior. The tent itself has collapsing poles to errect it, except they do not slide easily through the pole tunnels, so you end up fighting with the fabric and the poles as they come apart. The fighting alone makes the tent take 10 minutes to get together and god help you if there is a breeze you are fighting against. The material is also very thin and cheap, I suspect it will rip very easily. Lastly. This is just a camping tent that someone added poles to and rebranded, there is nothing beach about it.

PERFECT FOR THE BEACH. I have a family of 6 and we love it. The kids don't spend a lot of time in it because obviously the just want to play on the beach but its perfect for holding all of our towels and snacks and keeping them out of the sun. Plus hubby likes to take naps in it so it works for that too! It sets up just like a tent so if you know how to set up a 2 person tent, you're good to go. Even if you don't know how to put up a tent, it is very easy to set up. Highly recommend
