I use this for autocross and so far so good. It hasn't moved an inch since I installed it. I used it on a diagonal portion of my roll bar since I have padding on the horizonal section. I've used it for 2 autocrosses so far and have had it on my Miata for months now. No issues, no noises nothing. My roll bar is the thicker hard dog roll bar. I believe it's 2.25" diameter? I can't recall. So if you have this roll bar, I recommend this mount for go pro videos. ... show more
