I absolutely love this outdoor stove. I put it in my backyard. It can be used without installing the legs. It is also very convenient to place it directly on the table for cooking. But I use it as a table for cooking. Then when not in use, I lay out a board and put the flower pots on it to use as a table, which is convenient and space-saving. Also, It has great firepower, and my husband can cook a table of dishes in less than half an hour. I thought this a good value at its price point and bought it for car camping and other events (such as my kid's baseball game potlucks during the game). The first time we used it, we got rained on and it didn't work at all the next two days, even after we got it under cover to dry out. So I'm not sure what they mean by "waterproof" in the description. We used this morning at a baseball game and all the parents were impressed with the size ease of use. It does have a few rust spots from that rainy day and I wonder if it needs seasoned like a case iron skillet or if I should scratch them off and cover with a neutral oil. I was going to say that it is too powerful until I read that turning down the pressure valve can lower the flame and prevent high temps that burn fuel. Next time! Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this for wok cooking. It cooks very hot. I have a round bottom wok ring that fits around the burner. It does peel the paint off around the burner (first time) but I accounted for that from the reviews. I have my propane setting fully open (red knob) & burner setting way down & still cooks really hot. Haven’t adjusted the propane setting yet, but have been very happy with the high heat. I’m sure both knobs can be adjusted to moderate the heat better, I just haven’t done it yet. I’ve wok cooked 4 times & boiled water once. A 5 qt pot was rapid boiling in a few minutes. Be careful if you have the propane knob (red one) fully open. I’ve left oil on one time for too long in the wok and caught fire and wouldn’t blow out with out reigniting (was my fault). Strongly recommend adjusting red knob and keeping an infrared cooking thermometer with you to measure temp. I have one and keep it handy as it can reach 500 degrees plus quickly if not careful.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this stove. It stores nicely in its storage bag and is super easy to put together. I bought this item to add to our camping equipment and am not sorry for doing so. Don’t need to turn the regulator much as the output is powerful. I will recommend this item to all.

We use these for water bath canning. Impossible to get the temperature right. No matter how low we turn them down, we can't get a steady boil, just a very rapid boil. Overheating causes loss of fluid in the jars. I would think it would burn your food when cooking too.
