The head support cushion is extremely small and not comfortable! Beware if you have neck issues. Even if you don't have neck issues this one could certainly create them for you. I used to use one of these in my gym and it had a much larger comfortable cushion and worked great. Don't waste your money on this.

I’m a rehab doctor and this works as it should. Use it as a guide to ensure proper form & gently take your time. Break up sessions to 3 a day to avoid injury. If the neck pad hurts … then you’re putting too much pressure on your head. It’s simply a guide … not a pillow to take a nap!
