    • Great for an abs workout
This is a nice addition to my home workout equipment. I have a very thick yoga mat and that makes this very comfortable to use. Not sure it would be the same on just a carpeted floor. Your arms are just there for helpers so you don't smack into the floor (and may provide a little assist to curl up). Ideally, your arms are just along for the ride. I found a couple of exercise vids on YT that are perfect to keep you moving. The workout is not easy but nice to have an instructor instead of being completely on your own. The only con is it is a little short for my arms- but that does help remind me not to use them instead of my abs to do the real work. Take it slow if you are just starting out. Saw Dick Van Dyke using it in an interview at 95 years old.     • I don't think it will hold up.....
This thing is not very sturdy. The screw hole don't really line up properly and the cheap plastic pieces feel like they're gonna snap. We'll see but this thing just seems cheap and flimsy. My husband just added more substantial screws so hopefully that works.

I got this to replace an older version that I had for around15 years. This item is much stronger and durable. I predict a longer life from this one. A great investment. It was very easy to put together. I am super satisfied with it.

    • Use it or don't lose it!
Works great if I can stay motivated to use it. I was looking for something that would support your neck while exercising and this fits the bill. The cushion could be a little bigger but this works fine.
