    • Works wonderfully
Color: Snow Size: 1-pack
I’ve been using the Nest outdoor camera for a while now, and overall I’ve been really happy with it. I wanted something that would give me a little more peace of mind when I’m not home, and this camera has definitely done that. The setup was pretty straightforward, and once everything was connected, it was easy to use. The video quality is really good, and I can clearly see what’s happening outside during the day and at night. I also like getting notifications when there’s activity, because it’s nice to be able to quickly check what’s going on without having to wonder if something is happening outside. Being able to pull up the camera on my phone whenever I want has been especially convenient. I also really like the overall design. It looks clean and doesn’t stand out in a bad way, and it feels like it’s made to handle being outside. Having an outdoor camera has made me feel a lot more comfortable when I’m away from home, whether I’m at work, running errands, or traveling. So far, it has been reliable and easy to use, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’m glad I decided to go with the Nest outdoor camera, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good outdoor security camera. Five stars from me! ... show more

    • Durable & Dependable Outdoor Camera
Color: Snow Size: 1-pack
This is the best Google cam yet! We’ve used Google (Nest) outdoor cams for years, and this purchase replaced our older model. The user-friendly setup through the Google Home App makes connecting devices easy. The picture and sound quality meet our needs perfectly. The settings features allow us to select our zones for motion detection and notifications. We are pleased with the extra security and peace of mind that it brings. ... show more

    • Very good camera.
Color: Hazel Size: 1-pack
This is one of several Nest/Google cameras at my home. This provides a very good view and very clear pictures/videos of my deck and backyard. My experience with other Nest products was true here: this was easy to install and to integrate into my Google Home/Nest system.

Nest is always a winner with me! Their cameras offer great quality, easy mounting, and super clear picture. The motion detection on these is super sensitive. For the price, they’re fantastic! They also look nice on my property. I rarely have connection issues, though they do happen once in a great while, but it’s so minuscule. Overall, I love them! These cameras help me feel much more secure in my home. ... show more

    • Great Cameras, But One Keeps Randomly Shutting Off
Color: Snow (2-pack) Size: 2-pack
I really like these cameras overall. The design looks great, the video quality is excellent, and they were very easy to install. I have multiple Nest cameras around my home, and they have done a great job for security and monitoring. The only issue I've experienced is that one of the cameras recently started shutting off on its own. I've checked the wiring and confirmed that power is still reaching the camera, but for some reason it will not turn back on unless I physically disconnect it from the power source and plug it back in. This has become frustrating because I have to get a ladder, climb up, disconnect it, and reconnect it every time it happens. The other camera continues to work perfectly, so the issue seems isolated to this specific unit. Aside from that problem, I am very happy with the Nest ecosystem and the overall performance of these cameras. If Google can address this issue, they would easily be a 5-star product for me. For now, I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars. ... show more

    • Great cams for the price. Prefer over the battery powered.

Great product. These have magnetic mounts. I was expecting it to be like the indoors with solid mounting. Works great though. Have multiple Google nest cams. Can’t complain. Picture quality and the app are solid. Plug wiring was plenty long enough to run into my area and to a plug. Came with mounting hardware. ... show more

Picture quality looks like my truck’s backup camera… and not even a good one. More like the “why is everything gray and blurry?” edition. I keep hearing people rave that this is better than the Gen 1 version, which made sense… because I thought that’s what I was replacing. Plot twist: apparently there’s an even worse model called Gen 1, and somehow I skipped right past that and downgraded from my 10-year-old cameras. Impressive. For context, I’m an original Nest customer—back when Nest was Nest and not… whatever this is now. I’ve got about 7 of the original cameras still running strong after a decade. One finally lost a fight with a storm, so we replaced it with the Gen 2. Big mistake! The picture quality? Rough. The night vision? We had to turn it off because everything looked like it was filmed inside a fog machine at a middle school dance. I genuinely didn’t think it was possible to go backward in camera quality over 10 years, but here we are living proof. Looks like we will be migrating over to a different brand that can balance quality over quantity at an affordable price point. I was happy paying $199 for a quality product that so far has lasted a decade outdoors and still produces I close to I phone quality live view... Wired of course. The first 2 pictures are of the new Gen2 and the rest are all the original Nest cam quality in different lighting conditions. I only have 2 of the Gen2 because I just put this up and Im disgusted in the quality difference. ... show more

I like it. Works great. Easy set up. It does not identify me as me a lot of times. It thinks I am my sister. A few times, it thinks I am my neighbor.
