    • you may need a larger concrete pad if you have not purchased one in some time.
Unit much larger than ac condensers from past years. Same tonnage -compressor taller but thinner-heavy duty fan motor. Replaced a 20 year Goodman of the same tonnage which was half the size. I had to pour a larger pad.
