Would have given this company 5 stars for the product and price. My issue was with the shipping company who damaged the top of the unit but my contractor was able to bend the metal back. Both units arrived on palates and shrink wrapped. I put them in garage until ready for use and when I opened for installer there were body damages to both units that seemed to be covered up by the packaging and not visible on receipt… not sure when the damage occurred. It does not seem to affect the unit but disappointing to receive a $2,500 material in that condition. ... show more
