Only one fan speed. Then 4 years later the compressor blows. Cost me enough to buy another unit. When I complained to salesman he didn’t even know his product.

    • Limit switch keep opening
I have this for 8 years without issue until last winter, the heater won’t blow heat, we check limit switch keep open, we have to knock it again and again, so that that heater blow hot air. I try to find out what cause the switch open, and try to find filter to replace but can’t location the filter in the furnace, not sure if it has one. Ask local technicians, they can’t find either.     • Don't buy this junk!
Don't buy this junk! In a few years it will break and if you think you have '10 year warrany' - think twice! The warranty is PARTS ONLY! So, you'll have to hire a tech to diagnose it (~$200) then they'll send you a replacement part (AT YOUR EXPENSE!) and then you have to hire a tech again, and he'll evacuate the refrigerant, do the repairs, vacuum purge the unit and recharge it (with all 'bells and whistles' that will cost you another $600 - $800). So, you'll get a $50 or $100 part 'for free', and you'll have to pay out of your pocket about $1000 - over half of the price of the unit! So, better burn your money - at least you won't feel bad about a lousy heat pump manufacturer laughing all the way to the bank with your money. ... show more
