I absolutely LOVE this throw! It is soft and warm and I love the color. It is furry on one side and really soft fleece on the other. It is snuggly and warm. I find it very comforting and calming when I am curled up with it. Not sure how well it washes, as I have not washed it yet. Just follow the washing instructions, and it should come out fine. Beautiful, so incredibly soft, doesn’t shed. My kids try to steal it all the time because it’s so comfortable and dreamy. I use it for a reading blanket and it serves its purpose perfectly as a pretty throw that’s also lightweight but warm, with thick, cushiony fur without overheating. It’s not as thick and luxurious as the advertisement pictures, but perfect for my climate. This is over a year old now and still looks new. It washes up fine on cold/low spin, tumble dry low. unless i got the wrong one, do not expect red or brown or blue or a white stripe. my stripes are like turquoise, rustish, pinkish red and cream. reminds me of shag carpeting. plain cream on reverse side. it's all nice and soft and not that lightweight. worth it as far as i am concerned...i even like the crazy colors!! lol it will definitely help keep me warm as i use throws and not blankets. ... show more
