TLDR; I'm a first year golfer, and after using this consistently for roughly 2 months, my normal score went from high sixties to low fifties. I've used it for one golf season, and here's what I noticed. Here's some pretext for my skill level/experience so you can decide if it's worth getting for you. This was my first year golfing, and I would play 9 holes roughly 1 to 2 times per week. Before I had this swing trainer, I would consistently shoot between 65-69 on average. After using this for about 2 weeks consistently, I started shooting lower 60's. Then after about another month of continuing at this rate, I stated being able to consistently shoot between 53-55. I have never taken formal lessons, and I'm sure this isn't exactly a substitute for those, but honestly, for me I truly think it helped with my swing. ... show more
