Bought this to practice driving the ball. The target cloth had minor damages from sticking together (the plastic center) and I contacted Gagalileo about it. They were very responsive and took care of the problem immediately. As for the net itself, it would have been easier to put together if the rods didn’t separate as easily as it did, but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. I liked that the bottom was open and allowed my grass to “breathe” while I was driving golf balls. The net stopped all the balls and the target helped stopped the direct drives. My 12 year old son uses this net for hitting golf balls in the back yard. It's the perfect size and shape in such that the net contains the balls well even when he has a mis-hit. It holds it shape consistently and stands up well in breezy conditions but you have to use the ground anchors. I purchased this net in August 2021. It works great for practicing hitting balls in my backyard, especially when I combined using it with my Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor. One problem occurred when I attempted to setup for the new golf season in 2023 when the elastic that holds the structural support rods broke, rendering the tent unusable. I reached out to Galileo Sports Team ([email protected]), and received an immediate response from Gloria, informing me that the company will replace the broken parts. This is great customer service! The net itself is holding up to the many balls I have hit into it. I am looking forward to receiving the replacement part and getting back to full swing practicing at home. ... show more

I love this net to hit foam golf balls for practice. I can handle it myself. It is constructed very well but one of the poles started to split on the send from the end pole (they collapse like tent poles). Since they are fiberglass I had to duct tape it so I wouldn't get fiberglass shards in my hands. I contact customer service. I really wanted a golf net to get more practice at home instead of driving to the range and paying for balls. I purchased this with intent of keeping indoors in my garage. It held up well for a few months inside the garage, along with a practice mat I purchased to go with it. Eventually I had to move it outdoors to the backyard because I needed room to keep my car inside the garage. I set it up like I did indoors, however I used heavy duty stakes to keep the net tied down. This was OK for a little while but after being in the sun and dealing with windy days, it did not fare too well. The poles wouldn't stay up any longer, and the net started to rip where it was connected to the poles. It would be a good net if you can keep it indoors, however, outdoor use it doesn't hold up too long if you live anywhere where there's a windy day or rain every once in a while. ***Update*** updating my initial review from 2 stars to 3. Altho the net is in the same condition, I will give the company itself 5 stars for their above and beyond customer service, which makes the overall rating 3 stars. The company did a great job at resolving my initial complaint and made things right with me. I will give them a great recommendation on their customer service skill and would recommend future purchases with this company! ... show more
