I can see why this paint is so highly rated! I used it to paint over some porcelain tile floor because we're doing new floors in our house and the tile needed an upgrade to match our new floors The paint as great coverage, it doesn't peel or chip, great thickness for the paint consistency, it smells like paint, nothing over the top. I did three coats for extra darkness and followed instructions for wait time in between to for multiple coats. I unfortunately don't have a before picture, but just imagine brownish tan tile as the before lol it looks really great! ... show more

This is the second batch of this paint I have ordered and it's a great product. My first order was called 'sand' I think, and I used it on my bathroom floor. After the first coat of color went down I spatter painted white and it looks wonderful. Then I put down the clear coat for a satin, non slippery finish. They second time I used this product, I ordered white and (don't laugh), painted my old, stained bathtub. It's like a bathroom make-over for $150. I also used the white to paint over the dated wall tiles. I'm very impressed with the quality and versatility of this paint. Highly recommended!! P.S. it's also fun and easy to use! ... show more

Overall this is a great product and super easy to use. Results in really good coverage and a nice finish (for the matte option). My only only issue with this paint is the color...it's SO hard to tell what you're going to get and what it will look like once applied. The left picture is aged grey (my first attempt) but looked too blue /lavender and completely clashed with my dark wood flooring. The middle color is charcoal grey, which is a beautiful color but it too had a blue hue and conflicted with the grey counter top (making the counter appear purplish). The right hand picture is the black which I'm ultimately happy with, just wish I didn't have several other layers of paint underneath it. In certain lighting the black does appear more as a dark navy than a true jet black. Oddly it seems all these paints have blue hints to them. Something to note too is that I ordered 2 charcoal greys and they differed in color...one was darker and one was quite a bit lighter. But having done this THREE separate times now (luckily our half bath is very small), the product applies wonderfully, instructions are easy to follow, AND it's easy to paint over 😊. ... show more

    • Disappointing Results - Paint Peeled Off Despite Following Instructions!

I purchased this product after being impressed by how it transformed the look of tiles in the videos I saw. However, despite carefully following all the step-by-step application instructions, I did not achieve the same results. The attached image shows the outcome just ten days after application. I used painter’s tape to cover the tiles while painting an adjacent wall, and when I removed the tape, the paint on the tiles completely peeled off. This was extremely disappointing, especially after investing so much money, time, and effort into the process. If you're unhappy with your tiles, it's better to replace them rather than waste your time and money on products like this. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this kit hoping it’d serve as a solution for the dated, ugly accent tile in my bathroom. The two step process was extremely straightforward and simple. Drying time and color were as advertised. Adhesion was also great - no prep work required. Though the packaging advises to avoid use in showers, I took a chance and moved forward with the project (which happened to include a small strip of accent tile in my shower). It’s been several months now since I purchased and applied the product and it is as beautiful now as the day I first painted it… even in the shower! ... show more
