Excellent locking onto golf cart, and i love how it has a small handle to lock phone in, basically you screw it closed on the phone, back it off slightly then use that lever to unlocak and lock it in, put it in, lock it and it holds the phone so secure, now threat of it falling out on the course, ...Only thing to watch for is where you mount it, because there is no telescoping function to let it come waway from the connection very far.........love it,, ,bought two of them

This phone holder is awesome! I don't play golf nor do I ever ride in a golf cart, but I got this because it looked so heavy duty. The clamp on it is awesome and has very powerful jaws, and the adjustability of the part that holds your phone is thick and lined with silicone as well. That's why I got this for my use. When I go outdoors to paint my landscape paintings, I have both a portable easel and a shade umbrella that I use when I paint. And it's very difficult to find a nice sturdy phone holder that isn't going to slide down the pole. This clamp has beautiful silicone edging inside of it, so it will stay put wherever you clamp it. The same with the phone holder. The silicone inside is a very good addition, as it keeps the phone very secure even with a thick protective phone case. I'm someone who prefers something to be well engineered or over-engineered instead of something skimpy that barely does the job it's intended to do. So. That is why I am giving this product a"thumbs up". It goes above and beyond in its design. This phone holder has so many multiple applications beyond using it on a golf cart.

I like to stream video games and I often use my phone either as a macro pad or to read chat. That being said it always had an inconvenient place on my desk I had to reach to access or see it. Luckily, my arm stand for the mic is sturdy and I was able to use this gadget on it to have access to my phone. It is easy to put together and holds the phone even with a special lock feature for added security. It has a spot on the side to adjust the holder size to adapt it to multiple phones. It has been a great addition to my setup.
