We had a problem with the first one and the company immediately sent us a replacement after sending them pictures. I can close it up completely if it is going to rain and unzip the sides and windows in nice weather without having to remove the entire cover. I do wish the side door flaps were a bit simpler to tie back, but that is a minor issue (you have to roll them and attach them with straps).
