I had a problem, but it was probably due to not following the seller's instructions. Two of the parts did not fit properly, so I couldn't install the screws, so I resorted to using my own zip ties as workaround to hold the parts together. The holes on some of the parts did not line up, see? In messages with the seller, the seller gently pointed out that I didn't follow their instructions. Their method is to install ALL the screws only half way, see? Then you should find that all the parts line up to the correct hole. Then you can finish tightening the screws. Since I don't have time to try the seller's method, and it is possible they are right, I have upgraded my rating of their product to 5 stars. Excellent customer service. ... show more

Only had it for about a week. Super easy to assemble. It's a little less than expected on the quality side. Hope the "cheapish" plastic wheels hold up & the wire racks seem a little light duty. The welds on the racks aren't of the best quality, but again... Can't beat the price! Hope it holds up.

I love it when things are organized and everything has its place. You can go look for something and it's exactly where it's supposed to be. That's one of the reasons why I love these garage organizers such as this golf bag organizer. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't hold the weight of the golf bags with all the clubs and everything. However, it has done just that and I can put extra items from the garage on here as well. I'm not giving this quite 5 stars because it was not very easy to assemble and more than one of the screw holes were JUST slightly misaligned enough to make assembly at those points a pain in the rear. The larger rack isn't the sturdiest thing either... not sure how it would hold anyone's golf bags if they were filled without letting the bags tip over. The shelves though are all great, and it's a fairly versatile storage solution. I wouldn't necessarily use this over something else like heavy duty wire shelving, but it's definitely getting use in my garage. ... show more
