Took up water aerobics in Florida. Most of the time it’s beautiful weather, however in Jan. And Feb. the air and water get chilly. These shorts help to keep me warm. They are a good quality and do the job they were designed to do.

I went by the size chart and ordered a XL, it was too big. I returned and re-ordered a large, still too big. I'd like to try a mdeium but feel the large and XL fit exactly the same so I don't want to waste my time again with the medium not fitting and having to return again.

I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but I would want to know. If you are buying this for a chlorine environment be forewarned....they fade fast. I noticed fading after the first 4 hours in the pool. Now, my black shorts are a gray an I have worn them four times. I think if you are in a freshwater situation they may work fine. I did like the fit. I wear a medium to large normally, size 10 in pants and I ordered a large.

These shorts are so comfortable I can wear them all day at the lake and am ready to get in the water anytime! They keep me warm in 70 degree water with a rash guard shirt. If it’s colder I wear them with my wetsuit jacket and can stay in the water for long periods of time! I’m 67 and wish I tried wetsuits years ago! I bought them this year to keep up with grandkids. I even have a full wetsuit that I can layer for extending the season! But the shorts are easy to get on. Perfect!

This is a 2mm wetsuit. Not a rash guard or a dry suit. It should fit a bit tighter on land because it will loosen up in the water. I wear these for ocean aerobics in the winter and spring in Kaua'i. I usually pair with a short sleeve wetsuit zippered top or long sleeve rash guard. I am 5'5 and 220 and a XXL fit great after ordering the 3XL based on measurements and returning since it was too big. XL was too tight on my legs. I would recommend. Held up well over last year. I hand wash and hang to dry after the ocean.
