This is one serious steam iron! It puts out a lot of steam, releases wrinkles, and presses in creases with ease. Lots of heat settings and the steam setting works great. I will say, depending on how much ironing you have to do, you’ll need to fill it up multiple times. I have it on full steam and filled up, I can get through 3-4 pairs of pants before filling it up again. The cord is long enough to work around an ironing board, and has a silicone heat shield. Very durable yet stylish, I love the color (I got it in red). I got it on sale and it was definitely worth the price!

I like a little heft with my iron, and this one is perfect-I’m between the light ones and the old 20 pounders. I like that it gives more time before it shuts off-great when you are sewing and are away for a few minutes. My old iron was from 1985 and still going strong, but it fell off a shelf and the back broke off. It did not have auto shut off and I never had to make friends with it, so I’m hoping this one won’t drive me crazy by turning off too soon.

I love this chi iron because it is lightweight but does the job of a heavy duty iron. I also have the mini iron which I use for light ironing. This iron does a great job of ironing my hubby's pants and other items that need to be ironed. I'm so happy to have found this product because in all my years of ironing, I have used the Sunbeam irons which have not been the best.

the iron seems to work very well, nice steamer feature. However, was a little disappointed as the reason i purchased this particular iron was because it said it had a retractable electrical cord, but it does not . it is a very nice long cord, however, it is not retractable.

No auto shut-off! I thought it was a standard safety feature but I've come home from a 10 hour workday to find the iron still on from the morning. I picked this one because it looked nice, but if it burns my apartment down I don't think the iron being "pretty" is going to matter.

Overall it’s an ok iron if you only need it occasionally. Lasted right at 2 years. Literally 1 month ago I passed the 2 year mark, and today I go to use it and it will not heat at all. Over the last month or so it kept getting too hot, so likely that was the warning that the heating element was about to go out. I do not like that there is not steam burst. And if using it for a while like one does if sewing or as I do for ironing for clients, it gets a bit drippy. For the price, it is not as durable as expected. My $25 black and decker has lasted over 10 years and is still going. Going to go with a different brand next time.
