Pretty nice UPC
I haven't had any storms or power outages yet, so I can't review based on that. I have tested flipping off the breaker and it did switch to battery just fine and left my TV running. My only complaint is that it doesn't have the coaxial protection that my old system had.

Very useful power loss or fluctuation backup
This battery backup is used to supply continuous power to several devices including a Wi Fi extender, Alexa device, floor fan and a lighting fixture. We occasionally have small power interruptions lasting a few seconds, long enough to cause WiFi problems or stop the fan due to the electronic start up, instead of a mechanical one. The backup arrived as scheduled, very safely packaged and ready to use right out of the box. It has 8 grounded power outlets in the back for multiple devices. Depending on what type of devices and their number, the backup battery can keep them powered up to 10 hours or less . Under normal conditions the backup does not make any noise and when the power goes out it will intermittently beep to let one know that it provides power to the connected devices. Having a Lithium Phosphate battery will ensure reliability and longevity for many years if the owner will periodically, every three months or so, discharge it down to less than 10% and then reconnect to the wall power supply to top it off. So far, the battery backup appears quite reliable but that remains to be seen in the next few years. Very simple to connect to the wall power and wait for approximately one hour to make sure there is enough reserves before connecting your devices. Does not seem to be any chemical smell during normal usage. Overall it is a great backup to have if power fluctuations or outages are common in your area. Excellent, but could be better
Product appears to be high quality and came superbly packed. Operation is simple and intuitive. Product has a comm port with no documentation or apparent functionality. This port could/should provide interface for status and elegant shutdown of supported loads, but nah. Reddit has many workarounds hacked to provide this functionality, but why not build it in? ... show more

Finally, a UPS That Feels Like a Real Upgrade
I have used traditional lead-acid UPS systems for decades, so I was very interested in trying a LiFePO4 version. As luck would have it, I got a real-world test almost immediately. We had a power outage last night and this performed noticeably better than my previous lead-acid battery backup, lasting significantly longer and keeping everything running without any drama. The pure sine wave output is important for me since I use a UPS for computers and network equipment, and so far this has handled the load exactly as it should. The display is clear, there are plenty of outlets, and I like having both USB-A and USB-C charging available. The unit also feels well built and the LiFePO4 battery chemistry should be a major advantage over time, especially if it delivers anywhere close to the advertised cycle life. The one ding I can give it is the software. Unlike CyberPower, APC, and some of the other major UPS brands, there does not appear to be a dedicated management application with a lot of configuration options. In my case, I connected it to a Mac and used the built-in macOS UPS support to manage automatic shutdown during an outage. It worked perfectly well, so this is not a major problem, but dedicated software would be nice for anyone who wants more control over shutdown thresholds, battery settings, logs, or other advanced options. After actually using it through a power outage, I came away impressed. The significantly longer runtime compared with my old lead-acid UPS is the thing that really matters, and that alone makes this feel like a worthwhile step forward. 4.5/5 stars — excellent battery performance and a substantial improvement over lead-acid UPS systems, with dedicated management software being the only thing I would like to see added. ... show more

Early review but so far so good
Had one power bump so far. My computer, router and modem stayed up without a hitch. Oddly the TV blanked, but didn't go off. Cautiously optimistic after 3 days. Will update after a few weeks.
