Since my remote control was lighting correctly, it was assumed that the chair's motor was bad and would need replaced or another chair ordered. Installed it in about 2 minutes. Used to replace the remote control on my Golden Cloud. The head would not recline. Just plugged it in and all functions work perfectly.

    • Needed a 5 pin plug to replace the old one.
Replacement for a lift chair. I was told that all you need to look for was a 5 pin plug. This remote did look like the old one and had 5 pins but I had no brand name to go by and there were no serial numbers. So just took a chance and it worked. So happy about that.
