simply amazing! beautiful and sturdy chairs. what i love is that there is plywood under the cushion. this is so helpful because you have good support (unlike chairs I've ordered in the past where there is no plywood, just cushion. and over time, the cushion wears out, so you feel like you are falling through). the velvet is a soft touch. its a pretty cream color. the legs are gold. Not too bright, just right. And there is no smell. i've ordered other upholstered furniture and they have a bad chemical smell, even after airing them out. NOT these chairs! Customer service at this company was AMAZING! I would buy from this vendor again!

Great chairs for the price! Color was great. Assembly east as Allen wrench included with screws! Gold legs are a nice shade (not too shiny or rose colored). On the smaller side but that’s ok as the arms fit Uber the dining table.

The media could not be loaded. Very soft velvet. Easy to assemble. Arrived fairly quickly. Nice height. I’m 5’8. Not very comfy but it is a sitting area for my home office and not meant to lounge in. I’m very pleased with the color. It is a true gray.

I purchased this as a desk chair and absolutely love the look and feel! It was super easy to assemble and is very comfortable with a decent level of back support. ***Update: After less than a week of using this chair the back completely gave out. I contacted the seller about the issue and they apologized and graciously refunded me for my purchase, making the return process very easy. Overall it's a really appealing chair, but maybe better meant as an occasional feature rather than everyday use. ***Update: After speaking with customer service about the issue with my chair and sending photos to assess the issue better. They were great to work with and offered me a full refund without having to send the broken chair back.

I've been recently investing in my dream living room and took a chance on this product as an accent chair. I wasn't sure about it at all, but the seller contacted me ahead of shipment to provide helpful information about the shipping process and assembly upon arrival. If you do purchase this chair, please note that the front and back legs are labeled in the package (the front legs are slightly longer than the back legs) and make sure that you are aware of which direction you have laid the chair down when you start screwing the legs in! I made that mistake and feel silly about it, but fortunately unscrewing the legs and reassembling them was super easy. The legs have rubber feet that seem pretty safe for my laminate floors, and the seat has a decent depth to accommodate a small pillow. I've noticed that styling the chair with a 16x16" pillow looks cute but it is not super functional if you are using it as practical seating since it forces you to sit forward in the chair without back support. I'm a fairly small human being, and I would say this chair would not be suited to people with larger builds since the seat isn't too wide. This experience was one of the best I've had with a vendor on Amazon, and I might actually purchase a second chair in the future to go with my first one. I'm surprised at how sturdy and comfortable the chair is, given it's slim and modern profile; I'll have to report back on how it holds up over time but so far I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Ok so these chairs are stunning! They aren't as light as the photos. More of a cream color, but I wanted that versus a light color so that worked out. The way they are packaged in the box is not right because half of the chairs i ordered had small tiny tears in them, but the customer service was incredible and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I love the chairs. I would say the ONLY thing is if you are a bigger person or have a bigger rear end... it might be a tight fit. I have had a few guests who could not sit on the chairs because they are a bit on the smaller side, but that is what I wanted so that I could have more space in the house.

The seller does not explain well in the descriptions. The description says set of 2 when you pay they send you a single item. I was tricked by this seller and it is no longer trusted. Automatically when I perished I wrote to the seller and they modified the description in my purchase to 1 item and they changed the price from $ 119 to $ 189 and even removed the light gray color from the list and left only the platinum gray. The chairs of other colors all said $ 189 except the gray I chose that said $ 119. Do not be fooled
