This is a great chair so far. Everything works perfect, the blue is beautiful. I did a lot of research and felt like this was the best deal. I'm not sure why I waited so long to get one of these! The chair is quite comfortable and I especially like the full range of the back. As some have pointed out the leg rest is a bit short. I'm 5'7" and my feet hang over the edge at the ankle. Not much of a bother for me. The speed of movement is relatively good when setting positions. The massage is nice to have. I haven't tried the heat yet. One of the arms was damaged and customer service was spot on! They kept me updated and new arm arrived within a week. I would definitely recommend this seller and this product.

This chair is for a 90 year old with dementia and he doesn't like it. The control is confusing, even for someone with no cognitive impairment. There was no handbook included with information where replacement parts could be ordered, nor warranty info. Was able to get a 2-page statement from the company regarding the warranty. The chair is beautiful; we have received many compliments. It would be more comfortable if the back sat up straighter and if the seat didn't tilt slightly forward, giving you the feeling you're sliding out. All this being said, we will keep the chair but are somewhat disappointed.
