Three weeks ago, my living room lamps died. I started my online search for the perfect replacement. I found lamps I liked on another website. I noticed they were almost sold out, & was hoping they saved a pair for me. After two weeks, I got the tracking number, yay! A few days later, I got an email saying they were delivered. I looked all over outside, to no avail. Then they added a photo of where they were delivered, & it was NOT my house! Ok, they didn't save me a pair, so I’m sent a refund. The search begins again. I come here to Amazon, & after searching forever, I find the perfect lamps. Living in Florida, I like to decorate with a nautical theme. These with their mother of pearl base seem perfect, & delivery is set for the next day. Next day comes, no lamps…again! Shipping says delayed. Now I’m wondering if these sold out too, & I’d have to start all over again! The next day, about 8 PM, the lamps finally arrive! After opening the box I get intimidated, because they require assembly. Ok, I have half a brain, & despite the illustrated instructions (no words, just pics) I put them together. It really was not hard at all. I love the look of the lamps, and am very happy with them. The only issue is the shades, which I feel are too small for a living room. They can easily be replaced. I love the touch on off feature, & usb ports. An extra bonus was a $15 coupon courtesy of Amazon. If anyone is on the fence over these, I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed with these lamps. They’re beautiful & would add flair to any decor theme. Sorry this is so long, but I thought it was a funny story.

I like the touch base to turn it on and off. Just keep in mind that if you have a large dog like I do, they may figure out how to turn the light on and off. All the dog has to do is sniff the base of the lamp and on or off it goes. There are three brightness levels. The mother of Pearl is so pretty in person. I’m very pleased with these lamps.

This is a really beautiful bedside lamp base. The shade comes disassembled and you must build it. I looks really nice until you turn on the lamp and the tabs holding the shade material onto the frame show prominently. I will keep the lamps but replace the shades. I chose the touch lamps for an elderly individual. It makes it easier to turn on in the dark. The three levels of light allow it to act as a nightlight. The usb ports are another great feature. A good value for the price.

Poor workmanship on the lamp shades resulting in an inferior product The assembly for the lamp shades do not have the rivets applied consistently around the shade, resulting in bulges and missed rivets that can't be used when putting the shade on.

I love the lamps themselves and the tap on features. I do not care for the shades which will need to be replaced because they come rolled up and then Velcro together. I just dislike the look.
