Beautiful chandelier, but it's a commitment, i.e. a lot of work to assemble and install. Well worth the finished result, however, especially at this price point, because it looks like it could have cost 5-10x as much. The glass makes the cutest tinkling sound, too. It's well-made and well-packaged. Everything in our box was intact and in perfect shape. It's also true the instructions are for the birds, but there are some installation videos to be found right here on Amazon that were helpful. We hung it as low as the chain would allow, grabbed a couple of barstools and set up the crystal shop. Once we got into a rhythm it went fairly quickly, but it still took hours. I found a thimble to be very handy for clip-bending. When finished hanging the crystals, all hubs had to do was snip the wire and remove the chain links we didn't need. He's 6'1" and 240 lbs. and strong like Superman, but I think even he would have had a hard time trying to hoist and wire this fixture with all of the crystals attached first! We're using slightly lower-than-maximum wattage bulbs allowed for this chandy in Warm White, and I love the soft, golden glow it casts around my mid-century modern room. Great price! Electrical is always a bit tricky, but easy assembly. We chose to go flesh to the ceiling but there is an option to have it hang with a chain.

Stunning! Looks just as pretty as one from Lowe’s that is double the price. Dangly pieces are glass, not plastic. Heavy fixture. Carve out a few hours to put this puppy together though - labor of love, for sure.

Looks great, took a bit to install because of all the glass pendants. A few of them came chipped but I was able to talk to their great customer service agent and they got back to me the same day and said they would take care of it and sent me replacement parts.

I recently purchased this beautiful crystal chandelier, and overall, I'm happy with how it turned out. First, I must say it looks absolutely stunning and elegant once completed. It adds a touch of sophistication to the room, and I've received several compliments already. The crystals sparkle beautifully when the light hits them, creating a luxurious ambiance that transforms my living space. However, it's important to know upfront that attaching all the crystals is quite time-consuming. You'll need a good amount of patience, as each crystal must be individually placed. It took me several hours from start to finish, and I had to carefully organize the pieces beforehand to avoid confusion during the assembly process. Additionally, the instructions provided were not very clear or detailed, which added to the installation time. Some of the diagrams were vague, and I had to figure out certain steps through trial and error, which was a bit frustrating. It might help to have a second pair of hands or to consult online videos if you run into issues. Despite these challenges, I do recommend this chandelier, but with a word of caution: be prepared to invest extra time and patience, particularly if DIY assembly isn't your strong suit. In the end, though, the beautiful result was well worth the effort, and the chandelier truly elevated the look and feel of my room. ... show more

Love our new chandelier in our foyer. Great statement design piece. Makes nice reflection on the walls and ceiling. We have 12 feet high ceiling in foyer area so kept the 7 hanging chains so eyes can see this beauty. Class pieces had a few scratches and putting each glass was a bit time consuming but worth it.
