This is a very smooth phone. It did not cost an arm and a leg, and it does everything I need it to without taking over. Some phones are just too intuitive for their own good. I also don't have to worry about slightly touching a button and it changes the screen or something. It has a great battery life, I don't have to check it every 30 minutes to see if I still have a charge. I hope to enjoy this phone for a long time, it is up to date, fast, and reliable. No problems with internet, no problems with the fingerprint recognition working correctly. It works with T-Mobile, but not with their subsidiary Assurance wireless, at least not for me. The Ulefone Note 20 Pro runs smoothly and quite well. I was able to use my Mint Mobile sim card. The screen is bright and crystal clear. The cell is built very solid and it's such a plus to get a screen protector and cellphone case. The cell battery is long lasting and it charges very quickly. I really like the little transitional animation that responds when you touch any apps, making it pop and come alive. I also love the detailed and high quality pictures I take with the camera. The touch screen responds very well. The phone allows to organize my apps and games with ease. Some drawbacks would be the controls being a bit too sensitive and have the potential backtrack accidentally without meaning to. I have a Ulefone 18 ultra that I'm happy with for the price. It isn't perfect but works well enough so when my wife needed a phone I saw this for even less still touting a great camera and thought I'd give it a shot. My wife doesn't do much with her phone other than watch videos make calls and send texts and most importantly take pics of the kids. The phone looks good and the screen is nice. After taking the time to set it up we took some photos, and what a disappointment that was. The pictures were all blurry or grainy. Not only where the images poor quality but they took forever to take. There was a couple second delay between pushing the photo button and the picture being taken. It was even worse if changed to the 50mp mode where it would take 3-5 seconds to take one image with no better quality. I played with the settings to try to absolve the problem to no avail. If you want to do basic stuff and photos are of no concern then this may be a good cheap phone, but if photos are at all important look elsewhere. ... show more

For the price point good phone gets a little buggy sometimes needs a restart every now and then other than that running it on MetroPCS is fine the note 13 for some reason was definitely faster than this but this note 20 is fine for everyday use. Game's good plenty of memory takes decent pictures I use it as a work phone too so I'm happy. ... show more
