Just as others have mentioned, the welding on this is mediocre, at best. Also, one of the rivets for the bottle opener was broken out of the box. I kept this up for not even a full season. On a windy day, the canopy tipped over and got caught up with another canopy (this was mostly my own fault and I should have better secured them or taken them down for the season). The canopy ripped, and the company does not seem to offer to purchase a replacement for this unit. Go with something else! I would spend a little more on something of better quality, and with a company that offers replacement canopies, in the case that yours wears out or rips. UPDATE: It seems that this company has two of the same product listed on Amazon. I found a replacement canopy showing the part-number that's listed under the OTHER product posting. I recently purchased the replacement, and will see how this holds up. I'm sticking with this one, as I don't want to drop another +-$120 on a different canopy. Added one star. ... show more

Very happy with the gazebo. Pkg was a little damaged during shipping and one part was missing. Contacted customer service and within a week the part was at my door. Great product and awesome customer service.

    • If you have a precise space for this to fit into, do not order.
I carefully searched and searched for a specific size. They stated 6.5 ft, but after opening and getting the basic frame put together, (which was very difficult, poor directions) the finished size is 8ft. By the time we put it together it was a week past return date. Stuck with an unusable item.
