For $60 it’s decent. If you want bass and for it to be super loud you have to spend money. Good budget sounds. It’s good for local commuting but once you get past 65mph its not that great but for 60 bucks it’s cool.

Sound quality isn’t excellent but it is very loud for such a small unit. I put them on my 2002 Roadking with a faring and I can hear my satellite radio on my phone at 70 mph. I would recommend.

    • zero bass
this little system has zero bass. it operates at the high end of a mid range speaker and tweeter. i knew it wouldn't have much bass, but it is literally zero. that said, it does go fairly loud. i ride a 700 grizzly and can hear it most of the time. it does not distort even at full volume. honestly, i wish i got the 4 speaker system instead of the two. it is pretty cool to be able to ride down to the lake or where ever and have tunes. it speaks to you to let you know blue tooth connects. i have no idea what kind of power draw this has so i bought a rechargeable battery pack in case i run down my battery while using it. it will work without the quad running and i don't know if it can be turned off without disconnecting the power, which is what i do when i get back from a ride, it's just a plug on the side of the amp. as long as you don't expect any bass, it's a fun little system. ... show more

So glad I found this company! I bought this thinking haha what can I lose I wasn’t expecting much just wanted to listen to music while riding for $50 I honestly expected it to be garbage but wow! Definitely easy to install and sound awesome not much bass but the clarity is great and the price is even better! I was missing some parts so I emailed the company and had an answer within hours the customer service was the most amazing experience you dont get that with companies anymore it was truly a surprise to deal with a company that actually stands behind their product I’m going to be buying a few more for my other quads and bike the kids love it! I sent a video to my friends and they were equally impressed I’d recommend them over and over but again the most impressive thing about gohawk was the customer service I couldn’t be happier! I have had this installed for about a month now and took it on a few hundred mile bike run. I have a 2003 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 with Vance and Hines long shot exhaust with the baffles cut in half. My bike is extremely loud. I can hear the vocals going 70+ mph. But going 60 mph and under I have no problem hearing all of the music. It has great sound quality but can be a little tinny when the volume is at full blast. But sounds good when it’s one click below full volume.     • One of the better bang for your buck deals
I previously purchased the TJ4-R, but ran into three issues, 2 of which are not the company s fault. All in all the TJ4-R is a good system, but it wasn't as loud as i preferred. The wire to the remote was sliced in half because of my placement of the wire. While those can be overlooked, the bracket for the speaker did break on me. I bought the TN4-R as a replacement unit. MUCH LOUDER! However it does have the same brackets. The material could be beefier, but i also think i wrenched the clamps down too tight. This time around i also paid more attention to where my wires made contact with the frame. I would also recommend that when clamping down the speakers on the handlebars, make sure they are just tight enough to actually hold on without slipping and make sure that the gaps on each end are even. TN4-R is so far more pleasing than the TJ4-R. ... show more
