We have two beagles. Most toys last literally about 30 minutes. Some, 30 seconds. I have purchased EVERY "Tough" dog toy there is and none of them last. NONE of them. ....Until I got a few of these goDog toys. I got a Gator, and elephant and a T-Rex because they were relatively cheap. They were a few bucks more than the super tough toys at Petscomart. I wasn't expecting much. Maybe a few days if I was lucky? I bought them for Christmas 2016 and they are STILL ALIVE! At least one gets chewed on EVERY DAY. Our Beagles LOVE them. They try hard to break the stitching so that they can get to the squeaky heart, but they cannot. These toys are TOUGH! I don't actually know what Chew Guard Technology is, but it is awesome. As a test, I bought an $15 "tough" toy at Petscomart just to be sure they were still going after the toys with the same gusto. Sure enough, they had it eviscerated within the hour! Fluff everywhere! Proof, at least to me, that these goDog toys are actually TOUGH! I paid full price for these. I have never been in contact with the company. I'm not getting paid in any manner for this. I just would like those with beagles (or any other dog that eviscerates their toys immediately) to know that these toys last! ....that tough toys DO exist! Just reviewed my order from 12/9/2016 and found I also bought a triceratops and a flying pig whose service has yet to be required because the other ones are STILL INTACT! ... show more

I purchased two of these in the last couple years and both my dogs love it. I had a 125 lb German Shepherd (RIP Hachi) and now have a 60 lb Shepherd mix and this toy stands up to their abuse. I did have to trim off the white teeth for my puppy but other than that it's a great toy for your pup or full grown dog. ... show more

DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO BUYING THIS DISPOSABLE CHEW TOY! I bought it for my 7 month old German Shepherd mixed rescue based on previous comments -- I had to double check for a "SUCKER" tattoo on my forehead. In less than 15 minutes my dog had removed one arm, ripped open a seam, and pulled out half the stuffing. The adjectives slapped on this item are 100% false -- it is NOT sturdy, NOT durable. It did have a squeaker -- but I had to get it away from the dog before he ate it! Again -- DO NOT BUY THIS "TOY"! I'd give it ZERO stars if I could... ... show more

I have a 12 lbs Cavalier named Clover who is just over a year old. She is the sweetest girl in the ways that count but a tiny terror when it comes to toys, she basically eats them. I have tried chew bones, she ignores them - she loves her stuffies, even the stuffing free ones. I started buying the larger size hoping it would deter the chewing a little, it has some but she still manages to eat something. She had a toe and the back ridge off the croc in ten minutes 😩. We both love the go dog products. They are cute and fun, wash well and are very well made, the chicken we call Cluck is her favorite (we are on our forth one lol) The only suggestion I have is maybe offer a few designs with rounded edges - might help some of the power chewers, less they can swallow. I’m just anxiously waiting for this phase to end! ... show more

I brought the gator in a large. The item is pictured at 16" long, however more like 11-12" long. The toy seems to be durable for my aggressive chewer puppy. My pup loves the toy and keeps picking it up to chew and take into her crate when I try to play with her with the gator. I hope it lasts b cause she chewed the snitching for most of the toys I brought prior from Temu(octopus 27.5" long, 23.6" crinkler cow and duck. I brought a 19.6" duck from Temu and she chewed the neck off in under 30days). ... show more

My large, hyperactive, chew‑gremlin puppy LOVES these toys. The extra‑large one has survived both her and our husky, which honestly feels like a miracle worthy of scientific study. It’s just didn’t work for our 8 month old heeler mix. We’ve been on the search for plush style toys she won’t chew through immediately & sadly it too her less than 30 minutes. I did think this seemed like a well made product & good quality. She was just stronger LOL
