This couch is EXCELLENT!!! Arrived compressed into four (heavy) boxes. I put it together by myself, which took about two hours (one spent unboxing and taking packing materials to be recycled). Overall, very easy to assemble. I highly recommend purchasing longer wooden legs. After reading someone else’s review suggesting the same, I am so glad that I did took their advice. It took the couch up to a perfect height. It is so incredibly comfortable, not stiff at all—just very cozy, like a big pillow. I could not have made a better choice!!! There is a smell to it which I’m sure will dissipate as it airs out. You will absolutely LOVE this couch!!!

i was scared to order this admittedly. the risk was BEYOND worth it. the sellers are VERY communicative and provide periodic updates on the shipping process. the couch arrived 8 days before anticipated and in 4 boxes. i’m 5’2 and 90 pounds soaking wet and i was able to get these boxes from my lobby into the elevator, and from the elevator into my unit. it took me 2 hours to build alone and about an hour of it was spent trying to get one singular screw in. it was VERY easy and came with intuitive instructions. the quality of the fabric is excellent. it looks hardy and durable. the zippers on the pillowcases are such good quality it like took my breath away, i can’t stop talking about it. there was a faint smell of plastic for 12 hours, but it cleared up. i was not missing any pieces of this couch. the fabric is super soft and mine has no flaws, pulling, or catches. the green color is rich and deep and wet, think Washington State. it’s very comfortable to sit on and is gorgeous enormous. totally tremendous. i’m in love with it i can’t stop telling people about it. completely worth the price and the risk. photo attached!!

I have a lot to say about this couch, so for those who don't want/need all the details HERE IS THE SHORT VERSION: Comfortable, easy to assemble, shipping was a bit messy but over all arrived pretty fast. Mine came in the correct size and color. WIDE which I LOVE. Pretty lightweight in my opinion. Not easily stained. I believe worth the SALE price! (Shipping and Handling for me was $239) I recommend 100% FOR MY DETAIL ORIENTED FOLKS: For starters, YES I would recommend it to anyone on a budget! I do believe it was worth it when you compare to some more expensive ones on the market right now. The product over all is comfortable, easy to assemble and true to size and color. Material is pretty good for house holds with kids and pets, things don't really stand out on it and easy to vacuum pet hair off. I didn't realize it was a couch with an ottoman, not really a sectional, but it stays together pretty great. Very wide which is exactly what I was looking for since I have a 150lb dog and often have friends crash on the couch. My first complaint? SHIPPING! My couch came in 4 separate packages, all on different days! When I double checked my fedex after opening the first box, it said there is ONE other box. When this second (and seemingly last) box arrived, I was so happy to get home to the rest of my couch...then I get a call from amazon CS saying there are still TWO MORE on the way. If I had known this was the case, I wouldn't have had a problem, however, I had a "DELIVERED" notification from amazon when the very first box arrived. Over all it took a little over a week, so still not bad, was just annoying since I had gotten rid of my old sofa before realizing this LOL. (see first photo) I did not take any great pictures of the couch in my space, my bad, but I did include some realistic ones I've taken on it since purchasing LOL. It fits about 5 people comfortably (sitting up) and a couple people could def lay out and get cozy as well. My friends were impressed with it and enjoy the cozy, low to floor vibes. It's pretty thick and soft but it has a decent amount of firm support in the cushions, I'm not sure if this will get worn fast but so far so good. Only other functionality complaint is that the cushions do not have a Velcro or anti slip mechanism, which is ok with the seat cushions once the arms are on the couch, but the back cushions tend to slip down. All in all, recommend this couch, still steep price for those of us who are pinching pennies, but I think it was worth it.

we love this couch! we have had this now for about 3 months and so far so good. no complaints really, however, it does come fully disassembled and i would highly recommend having minimum 2 people to put it together. my husband and i got it done in a few hours. it is on the lower side but nothing outrageous, overall i would say below average height for the seat part but the back is high enough that we have no problem with being 5’9. it is very comfortable and hasn’t sunken in anywhere so far. possibly the only complaint is the “throw pillows” it comes with, they are very small and pretty insignificant overall but obviously thats not why we purchased the couch so not really a concern. it is fairly light when put together so easy to move around if needed. i would recommend this couch if you are looking for something stylish, comfortable and practical.

this couch is decent. it looks cute the size is perfect for my studio apartment and the color is perfect. but ive had the couch for less than 2 years and it is falling apart. the cushions are not very good comfy anymore they are stiff and dont provide much support. also one of the arm rests broke somehow and it is falling off, mind you i have no kids or pets i live alone so the use is just for normal daily (if that) seating. i am disappointed to say once i move in a few months this couch will be going in the trash. i get this is a lower budget couch but $500+ for less than 2 years worth of use is pretty bad

The seller contacted me immediately after purchase to confirm my address, let me know the individual boxes' tracking numbers, and that it had been shipped. It all arrived within the projected dates of Feb 26 and Mar 3 (two boxes arrived on the 26th and the remaining one arrived on the 28th). It took less than an hour to put together, instructions were easy to follow and all parts were there. Only complaint is that the screws to connect the back pieces to the base had to be finagled a bit because the bottom ones didn't want to catch, but my brother and I got them all in eventually. Now - several reviews said this couch sits low to the ground it does. Even with the thicker seat cushions, this couch sits very low to the ground. But I knew that given the reviews and the specs listed in the product description so it wasn't a reason for me not to get it. Plus the legs are screw-ins, so you can buy similar types that are taller to lift the couch up without issue (which I plan to do later). Overall this couch is very comfortable, light weight and easy to move, and matches the dimensions listed. Color (I got the camel color) matched the pictures pretty accurately, it's a bit closer to beige than what I was hoping for, but I'm not too bothered, it matches close enough to my other furniture and that's what I wanted. Overall, I definitely recommend this couch, especially since there's options to make it into a larger sectional, smaller chairs, etc., since it is modular. My only real complaint is that I wish there was the option to purchase it with taller legs, but that's just a personal preference.

The sofa was delivered in three boxes, two came one day and one the next. I reached out to customer service twice to ask questions and they were answered quickly. Customer service gets a 100% A+ mark from me. The couch itself was very easy to assemble and the hardware is heavy duty. Please remember this is a $350 sofa. For the money, I am blown away. It is comfortable- soft, deep seats, plenty of bounce/fluffiness. The pillows are a little thin, but I add my own anyways. The sofa itself is beautiful- I got the green and it’s got a lot of depth! FYI this sofa is a little short/low to the ground, however I BET if you wanted to get taller legs, you could. But I don’t mind the height. I would absolutely recommend this product!

For a couch under $1000, it is very nice. The fabric seems durable and easy to clean. It is very comfortable. The only cons are it sits kind of low and is a bit hard to get out of, so if you need a couch with more height, this one is not for you. Also, I will agree with others, that the back cushions are very thin. I wish those were thicker, but they are still surprisingly comfortable and sit at a good height regardless. It was fairly easy to put together, my husband did it all by himself with minimal help for me in about an hour and a half. Plus, the customer service was amazing as well. We’ll see how long it actually lasts, but overall we’re very happy with it.
