It’s a great little unit. The only issue I had with it is the app for setting it up. It seem like it was quite a bit finicky at least for me to get it to want to connect. But once it is connected, the app is very easy to control set up timers so on.

Love this smart plug! I have many smart plugs threw out my home and these worked just as great. I love all the different features that you can do with these. I use mine for lamps and my Christmas trees. I love that these are easy to setup. Highly recommend!

This plug in is just ok. I had some issues setting it up. You do have to download their app . I wish it would just connect to my Alexa app and not have to download theirs. You have to connect it to your your home network for it to work. Other than all that it works ok.

The setup for these plugs caused me a few issues, but I was able to figure it out eventually. You will also need to create a new account through their app Osaio. We have an amazon eero mesh wifi system that allows for simultaneous 5GHz and 2.4GHz. These plugs only run on 2.4 so I needed to dig through the eero app to find out how to temporarily turn off the 5GHz (it's under Settings>Troubleshooting>My device won't connect>Temporarily pause 5 GHz). I tried to connect again with the EZ mode.. it still didn't work. I finally used the AP mode and connected through the wifi settings on my phone, which worked quickly. I then had to enable the Osaio skill in my Alexa app and had to log in to my new Osaio account. Alexa discovered the first plug and I am able to rename it directly in the Alexa app. We have our Christmas tree plugged into it right now and it works well with voice commands. I tried to set up the second plug after the skill was already enabled and couldn't figure out how to get Alexa to discover the new device. I just disabled and reenabled the Oasis skill, logged in again, and the new plug was able to be discovered. Overall, not a bad product, but it wasn't as easy to install as a native amazon plug or one of the many affiliated plug brands that you can discover right from the Alexa app.

Although you need to setup another app on your phone, the setup is very easy and the devices work very well. We had a problem with one but we uninstalled it, reinstalled it and it worked fine afterwards. I bought additional ones for my children at their homes.

Was looking for smart plugs to automate a few things around the house. Picked these up and have no issue with them. They work just find. No problems. Easy to hook up. Couldn't ask for much more from them
